The owner personally took care of the service- from the initial estimate, recommended repairs, and status updates as needed. Everything was clearly communicated throughout the whole process. All of my questions and concerns were promptly addressed. The quote for materials and labor was fair compared to others in the area. Meticulous time, effort, and care were given to my car during body repairs. The challenge of color matching required some extra time to be done properly and paint from a new manufacturer had to be ordered. Despite the added time to completion, the end result was an almost flawless match of the repaired front bumper to the original color. The guy at the counter recommended that they assess the pads before scheduling to work. He also explained they had a sensor tool that would tell me which sensor was bad. After 30 minutes, I was told the brake pads still had a thick layer and one tire sensor was bad. They had replaced it and after paying I was handed the keys and drove away. They kept my car for about a week, and during that time I had to spend a significant amount of money on Ubers and Lyfts because I had no vehicle. I was repeatedly told they were waiting on a part that hadn't arrived. Eventually, they called to say my car was finished. I paid approximately $2,000 and was waiting for them to bring my car around. After about 20 minutes, they came back and told me they actually needed to order another part but I could drive my car for now. The check engine light was still on. It took about another week for that part to arrive. Then I was told it would cost around another $2,000. At that point, I tried to work out some kind of solution or discount with them because of everything that happened. As of the time I'm writing this review, I have not received a response despite attempts to follow up. What disappointed me most was the communication throughout the process. Being told my car was finished, paying for the repair, and then finding out more repair parts were needed. Combined with the delays, additional transportation costs, and the lack of follow-up afterward, this was not the level of service I expected. This review reflects my personal experience. I hope the shop is able to improve its communication and customer service going forward.

My truck was taken immediately in to the shop. Taylor contacted me several times through the week with updates. Four days later, he called me to let me know that my truck was ready to pick up. That quick turn around time was amazing. When I send a truck out for third party repairs, I always inspect them when they return. It was FLAWLESS! This already being a fairly new truck, I knew where the damage was but I could not tell the difference between what was repaired and what was original. The driver even asked me if they replaced the entire hood or just fix the damage. I can not say enough about the service, the communication or the quality of work that Taylor and his staff completed on mt truck. Phenomenal job guys!
