my mom recently took her car here to get her sunroof repaired. A friend of hers had a good…read moreexperience. Sadly, this was not the case for my mom. after a week and a half it waiting she got her car back only to find parts not working or out back prop and it was filthy. She could not even open her shade part to the roof. when she turned around and went right back they told her then...never before that, that the work was not warrantied and they would not guarantee that the roof would continue to work if it even did. they also refused to clean up the mess they made. To have a company fail to disclose this before ever starting repairs is unacceptable. How can you not warranty your work and how can you fail to inform your customers of this policy? She would never have taken it there knowing this was even possibl. This is deplorable customer service. Do not take your business here.

I also had some stains on the back seat and front seats just from like dirt and sweat. It was shampooed but the stains are still there. It almost seems like they just did a quick wash. Overall, the outside of the truck is clean. And overall from what YOU CAN SEE, it is clean. But I am a detail kind of guy. And I got the "FULL DETAIL". The carpet under my seats never got vacuumed, nor did they touch my wheel well. My cubby hole and cup holders wasn't touched AT ALL. On top of everything else, all the little bits of trash and some bottles that were on my floor were just tossed out of the vehicle. All you have to do is put it in a trash bag, but instead it was littered out into the parking lot. I'm honestly disappointed and won't be paying that kind of money for "details" again. It was $285 for this by the way.

Having someone drive out to wait for 20 minutes to meet for 3 is absolutely incredulous, and displays an inherent lack of scrupouls by the staff. I was told I'd have to come back in ten days, which is even more asinine. I went somewhere and got fixed up in 10 minutes for less than half the price. Safe to say, I was very underwhelmed. I'd recommend going to another shop-more flexible times, quicker service, and more efficient financially.
