This review is only for the workers - while being in the machine checking my brain - my neck and back - before being put back I did let the people up front that I cannot hold my urine - for periods of time longer than usual - while getting my contrast was told I was moving around tooooo much- but I told them I wasn't waiting - ie I know the next date - in October - my appointment was moved over three times - when I came out was told I was her last appointment- makes even more since for the rush - don't RESCHEDULE PEOPLE - stick too ur DAY!!!!!thanks again read more

Front Desk / Reception staff rude, ignores patients questions pointing to a kiosk and telling them to have a seat while they look at the internet on their desktop screens. I am sure their imaging services are good, but the people who represent Jefferson Health should be more engaged with their task at hand, and a helpful attitude or a smile wouldn't hurt either. They were possibly the most indifferent people I have ever encountered at a health care facility. They have the wrong people up front. read more

Front desk receptionist was very rude and gave me an my husband and attitude because we were not given pre-appointment instructions. She snapped at us when we tried to explain that the doctor scheduled this appointment without giving us a reason or instructions. We will not be rescheduling future appointments there. Took over 3 weeks to get MRI scheduled for acute ankle injury. I have torn tendons and the 3-week delay has delayed needed treatment. Additionally, the results released 3 days ago (week after MRI) are still not with my treating clinician. Totally irresponsible and practice only hurts patients. read more

I've been here for testing many times and always had a good experience. Today I had an ultrasound on my leg and I just have to say how great Amanda was with the whole process. She thoroughly explained everything to me and made the whole process very easy. It's great to see good health care workers who care for the patient as though they are their family. I also had an easy time checking in, I didn't get the name of who I was speaking to but she was very pleasant and that makes a difference in how you feel at your appointment. read more

The mri was so loud even with earplugs and headphones. I could hear it in the mri waiting room , awful. I asked if it was a new machine was told no , but looked it up and it was. This is in bluebell. Catscan with contrast. Seems simple enough right? Nope they forgot to give me the contrast stuff to drink and i sat there for an hour. Finally i drank the stuff and waited again so like two hours later it was my turn. Put me on the scan tray and left the room..for like 10 minutes. Maybe they went for coffee i dont know. Finally, they came in.I got my contrast injected and it was off to the races as usual. I've had to do this before.It was never this disorganized as it was today. I should send them a bill for wasting so much of my time. read more

The staff was extremely professional and friendly. Thank you Teresa. At 71, I was quite anxious (and in pain) about my back MRI. The MRI "wizard" , actually Tech, Sejal, had me relaxed from the first minute I met her. She accidentally called me by my first and middle name which I said was how my mother called me as a little girl when I was misbehaving. We had a laugh over that. She explained everything in detail, I knew everything to expect. The icing on the cake was the wedge she put under my legs to alleviate my back pain and the nice warm blanket she draped over me before the test began. I was dreading the test and Sejal took away all my anxiety. I can't thank her enough. This facility is amazing. Thank you again for the great care. read more

I have always found this facility to be a wonderful place to get great imaging done. The staff is alway helpful, friendly and professional. I just feel so lucky that I started using this facility for my needs. I got 3 procedures done, Dexa Scan, and CTs with contrast and without! This was awesome and I was completely done in under an hour!!! Sandy did the Dexa Scan and she was very nice and professional. Erica set up my line for the contrast fluid. I didn't feel any pain. She had a great, funny personality that I just loved. Put me completely at ease and actually had me laughing. Really enjoyed her and she came with while the CT was being prepared and explained the process. Jessica hooked up the lines and I didn't even realize it was being done. Monica was very nice and registered me. My experiences here were great and everyone there that helped me were wonderful. Great job Jefferson Outpatient Imaging. You made my day. read more

This is the place to go! Masks are required, but no one will make you feel badly for not having one, nor will they turn you away. Instead, there is a supply and a front desk person will offer one to you (thank you, Donna). The check-in process is seamless (thank you again, Donna), organized, efficient and accommodating. The waiting room is large, and clean with ample seating. I have only had positive experiences with all of the techs at this location. They are competent, thorough, professional and very skilled. A nightmare from the being. I switched to Jefferson Imaging because my doctor is a Jefferson Doctor. Big mistake. I will be going back to SJRA. Takes forever for them to do reports. SJRA reports are done within an hour. I was told to go to the wrong Jefferson Imaging building. They checked me in and took my money. THEN I was told my appointment was for the Jefferson Imaging down the street. Had to pay AGAIN because they used to different billing companies. Still waiting to get my money back because no one in the office knows how to refund my money! Why wasn't I told to begin with I was at the wrong place????? I had a wonderful experience at this site. The staff from the front desk throughout were friendly, helpful, and very professional. Jackie was my tech and she was fun and had a great manner. My daughter had an MRI of the brain at Jefferson Outpatient Imaging, East Norriton a little over a week ago. It was questionable whether she could safely have the MRI because of non-removable piercings. Sejal was so helpful in discussing with the staff how it could be done safely, which it was. I appreciate the care with which she approached the issue and the guidance she provided. My daughter and I have both used Jefferson on numerous occasions and have always had good experiences there. read more

A month ago, I tried scheduling a diagnostic breast ultrasound, which my obgyn ordered for me, and the earliest they could get me in was June. I called around and finally got another appointment for April 19th. Today, I get a voicemail from a Mildred in the scheduling department that they took it upon themselves, without anyone asking them to, to change my current appointment to end of May because they decided to add a mammogram (even though that was not in the script from my doctor). We were merely looking at cysts in my breast. By the time the appointment comes in May, the cysts will be gone. I just find it totally unacceptable that you are able to cancel and change patients' appointments without consulting them first. Really poor customer service. I have canceled everything all together because this practice is absolutely ludicrous. I hope I don't have cancer because otherwise I smell a lawsuit. read more

I have been here 3 times for x rays and a brain MRI. Each time I was in and out quickly and had a great experience with the staff. The radiology techs are especially great. I really appreciated how kind the woman who administered my brain MRI was. I was nervous about the test itself and the potential outcome, and she was really upbeat and made small talk to keep me calm. I'll never forget that! read more

I've been to this imaging center twice in the span of a year for an ultrasound. The appointment process was seamless and within reasonable time. They were even able to get me in same day once. The location is convenient and easy to locate with ample free off street parking. The waiting area is quiet and clean with plenty of reading material and TV to keep you occupied until you're taken back. I have had the same tech both times (Amina?) and she was professional, friendly and able to put you at ease while having a somewhat uncomfortable procedure. The quality of service is great and with both visits I was able to get in and out within a 15 time span which is phenomenal. read more

As another reviewer mentioned, I think there are billing issues when receiving services at this location. I want to be clear that I had no issue with the quality of service when I went for my CT scan. Actually, all staff members were very pleasant. The front desk took my insurance card info and told me that was all that I had to do. Five months later, I now have a collection notice. Given that I never even received a bill for services, I find it odd that the first communication I receive is from a collections agency. Why not send me a bill prior to placing my account with a collections agency? I'll certainly go elsewhere in the future for services. read more

Beware! They are still double billing. First they billed under the wrong service date, and after my insurance company paid, they billed under the correct service date and expected to be paid again. With all the double billings described in other reviews on the internet does anyone believe they are "accidental billings?" if you can, go to a more reputable place. Unfortunately, it's the only place my Medicare insurance plan would accept for my Mamo. I have pleaded with my insurance company to find a more honest provider. read more

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Billing situation - they have 2 different billing departments for the reading doctor and the actual imaging procedure. The reading doctor submitted my bill to the wrong carrier which took 3 - 45 min phone calls to fix and weeks for the carrier to process. The procedure was then billed correctly but will not take any responsibility for the "Reading Doctor's" billing screw up. I asked them to wait until the bill was fixed but they decided to send my bill to collections instead. They take no responsibility for the "other" billing department even though I went in for one MRI and got 2 bills from 2 different billing departments. They do not work together at all. I just got off the phone with a supervisor who also took no responsibility for anything. Horrible experience! read more

I often feel visiting imaging center that it is a meat market and this center didn't disappoint me. Just make eye contact and care would be a plus. Dr Gopez was very rude walking right pass me and not recognizing that I was in the room (waiting for 20 min in the room). I had to introduce myself. ugh! Very impersonal. Today was my first visit to this site. Eventhough my primary care doctor is based in Center City the though of having to go there for outpatient testing is not a pleasant one; driving the expressway, paying for parking, finding my way in a very large institution. I found this location quite by accident. My entire experience was A+++. Less than 7 miles from my home, plenty of parking, and a spacious and clean waiting area. I arrived about 8 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I sat in the waiting room for LESS THAN 5 MINUTES! The registrar was very pleasant and helpful. I brought the wrong paperwork, not the script required, but low and behold she had it in the system as my PCP is a Jeff doc. I sat back in the waiting room after the swift registration process for 2 minutes tops! I was escorted to the treatment room by the tech who greeted me and talked to me as we walked back. Once in the room, she repeated her name and her role. The test was completed and the tech escorted me back to the waiting room. Having an unexpected test and the worry that comes with it was completely alleviated today at this outpatient center. Thank you Donna, registrar, and Ameena, tech. read more

The employees at this facility are all very pleasant and cheerful. They actually seemed to care about every person who walked in the door while I was there. do not go to this place!!!!! they prey on seniors!!!! they keep billing over and over- i paid my bill promptly after a service for $30.94 in may 2017. i paid it twice!!!! i have been getting collection notices. i took everything in and spoke to the manager and she promised it would be straightened out. i heard nothing for 6 months - now it is starting again!!!! they even refunded me my overpayment!!!! but the collection letters are continuing. i am going to get an attorney and sue them for harrassment - but in the meantime i wonder how many other senior citizens are paying and paying????? read more

Absolutely terrible experience. What I was told would be a 45 min to 1 hr long appointment turned into 3 hours bc they screwed up their scheduling. And as with other reviewers, I had the worst experience with their billing department. I received several separate bills, from two different billing departments. On top of that, I received a collections notice for a $15 bill from them - which was NOT one of the 3 bills I actually did receive. Turns out, they sent my father a bill. I don't even know how they got his information considering he is not my emergency contact and has never used their services, nor does he live in the same area. I will never use them again and strongly caution anyone to go elsewhere. read more
