I got my braces a little over a year ago. Every time I go for my appointments Dr. Fisk and all the rest of the workers are very friendly and efficient. They always make sure you understand why they are doing what they are doing and answer any questions you might have. Would definitely recommend coming to see these folks if you need an orthodontic job done well. read more

Roommate came here to get a teeth cleaning and an evaluation for braces. As soon as we walked in…read morethe atmosphere was not welcoming. The receptionist had an attitude and stated that an x-ray would be $70. I called the insurance and they didn't understand what the $70 was for so they told me to ask for a code. The receptionist said with an attitude, "I don't know, I would have to ask manager." The insurance rep asked to speak with her and she said she'll get the manager, again with an attitude. The manager stated that a panoramagram was covered. The receptionist said, "All the years I've been working here, I didn't know that." And apologized non-genuinely. That is something she should know or ask someone if unsure instead of giving out false information with an attitude. I wanted to walk out as soon as we got there, but my room mate had never done that before. Every worker coming around the corner rolling their eyes. I'm all about customer service and there was NOTHING friendly about this place!!!!
