Daughter which is 17 had appointment today at 3:00 . When arriving not a person was in waiting…read moreroom beside myself and 2 year grandson. I don't know about everyone else but I have my first time seeing 2 yr old sit in dr office reading a damn magazine. Anyway he open the door just enough to peek back to see his aunt . Well after second time they come to door and say if he does it again y'all have to leave so I asked doesn't it lock like all other doctors office. Rude ppl do a cleaning in 10 mins lol . I wouldn't recommend nobody take a dog here let alone a human. I do have to say the young lady at desk was very nice . Hell with the rest of the place I could say more about other experiences, but I'll get back to that at another time. Had to give 1 star to post but they don't deserve that .

Like another reviewer I didn't post why I gave a one star on Google but I will here…read more They have problems with answering their phones and they give you a bogus diagnosis about how many truthful cleanings you do need. My first visit, I sat in the waiting area for two hours. I hadn't seen a dentist in a while so I waited until they called me. This was a reoccurring problem, you ended up getting a text or call telling you to come in earlier but you wait three times as long as anywhere else. They claimed I needed a deep cleaning every three months. I've never needed that before this appointment and since I've gone to another dentistry after this place, I've not received that "diagnosis" again. They only did this because I had to pay entirely out of pocket due to most insurances won't cover more than one deep cleaning a year. Apparently after two "late cancelations" they no longer schedule you. I had good reasons for my cancelations. I don't want to throw up on them due to morning sickness nor do I want to cough or sneeze on them either when I had a really bad flu. I even ended up in the hospital because of both reasons combined. I made several attempts ahead of time to cancel my appointments but nobody would answer my phone calls. This was a reoccurring problem as well. I waited for the automated text and canceled as soon as I got it. Apparently one staff member even rescheduled me for an appointment I didn't know I had. Try to stay away from this place if you can. The headache is not worth it.

The operation by Dr.Miller in Somerset went really well and he is a great doctor who does not waste…read moreyour time but is very direct and understanding. His service is 5 stars. He even gave me his personal number if i ever have any questions. Reason I give one star is that Dr. Coopers office stinks, putting it mildly. First several visits went well and he is friendly and helpful but after my last visit, things went downhill. The first option he presented was "operation". I was like, no way. He felt around my toe area and mentioned operation again, so again I said forget it. Had 2 already and I am still in pain 7 months later. Even therapist stated there was nothing else they could do for my toe and swelling which is why I went to Dr. Cooper for a solution. He did state he would suggest an insert/support for my shoe via the VA. After a few weeks I contacted the VA and was told insert was made and shipped Nov. 25 but that was 3 weeks earlier and I never received them. In his report he stated he "educated" me on shots and Osteoarthritis, which he did not. Also, how can he tell what type of arthritis I have unless there was an MRI or Cat scan? Contacted Upperline and they called Coopers office while i was put on hold and stated doctor's office did not pick up so they left them a message to contact me for an appointment. After weeks later, no appointment, so I went to doctors' office but was told they could not do anything since it had to go thru Upperline. A week later I called Upperline again and same scenario. No call back and so it's been a month now since inserts were shipped. Va contacts me today, 2 weeks later, and after I explained the situation, I was informed, Coopers office received the inserts. As of today, it has been over a month since inserts/supports were shipped! So, my question is why???? they don't contact me for appointment and issue me the inserts/supports? Is it because I refused another operation? I requested VA to pull authorization for Coopers services and I will now go to someone who cares about their patients. Meantime I'm still in pain and have swollen foot and ankles. Thanks for nothing Cooper.
