During shot mandation I contacted my physician's office, which in past had been very helpful . There were a lot of changes and, like so many, he ended up in private practice. But due to total uncooperativeness of the staff he was stuck with, out of desperation I called the Harvard office as my daughter was a patient there and had a Covid shot *scheduled*. I called, said who I was, that my daughter was a patient there and I'd like a shot too. The response--"of course we'll schedule you. Would you to go with her?" How often do you receive that kind of customer service.? Shortly after, I changed doctors. For a lot of us midtowners it's convenient. And it's complete. You can lab work done right there, right now.

He was young, enthusiastic and very amiable. Something has happened to my old practice. I'm sure I made a good decision switching practices.

Once he saw the MRI he told me exactly what was wrong and what a Neurosurgeon would do. He referred me, and sure enough, almost word for word the neurosurgeon told me what was wrong and what he would do to fix it! So Mr. Callison pulled no punches and knew what he was talking about. I plan to make him my primary physician. You can feel free to talk to him, and he actually listens. He will take as long as you or he needs. No bums rush to see the next patient.

I called Tulsa Bone & Joint - it takes 2-4 business days to get any records because they use a third party service. I then called Dr. Dull's office back, spoke to T******, told her the situation to which she replied, we'll have to re-schedule you. I asked her 2 questions: 1) Why did you wait to the last minute to ask for records, and 2) will it take another 30 days to get in? Her reply, "Do you want us to see you or not?" My reply "NO"
