The office staff was friendly, the nurse was attentive to my concerns and relayed them to Dr. Stutzman. When the doctor came in she was the perfect amount of calm and concern. She asked questions and listened to my answers and concerns. She explained to me what options I had for testing and walked me through what the schedule would look like. She was reassuring without it coming across as dismissive. I appreciate her and the quality of care this obgyn office provides.

My gynecologist informed me that was not the case when she asked who was my primary doctor and I responded..."Is that not you?". She quickly recommended Dr. Ashley Hildebrand and I tried to schedule an appointment with her not long after. She didn't have any immediate openings for new patients available but I didn't mind waiting a couple of months since there was no urgent issue. The building itself looks pretty new and they have plenty of waiting area in the lobby. Someone quickly checked me in and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. A nurse came in shortly after I was escorted to a room and went through the whole intake process. She was super nice and made me feel at ease. She also made note of things I told her I had questions about for the doctor. Shorty after, Dr. Hildebrand came in and she was lovely! She took the time to get to know me and answer some of my super basic questions. She made me feel very comfortable instead of awkward or embarrassed about my body. I highly recommend her! As if that wasn't enough, months after my appointment, she messaged me through their online messaging system following up on some issues I had mentioned. I felt so listened and cared for! The only reason I don't give it one more star was because the nurse that did my bloodwork was super cold and I didn't really know what was going on so I felt lost.

"after hours" at 2:30pm for days is a direct lie according to their publications on their website. hardly reliable, hardly friendly, hardly forthcoming. do not trust these jerks. they will mess up your healthcare & have a good laugh about it at your expense. & threaten you like it was y o u who messed up the entire business model. patient abandonment, arrogant accusatory liars. your worst e n e m y, as they are all about denying treatment on a regular basis- & i was only seen about three times mostly for simple common ongoing refills~ simple breathing meds & prednisone which i've been on off & on for years, & for some reason, they didn't want me to have at all, which is the only thing that works on the rashes that sometimes takes over on people who have sensitive skin & can go systemic; he was so far out of his element, he really didn't know what to do; so now they've come to the conclusion that it's easier to do nothing becaause they are s u c h bad doctors i think they couldn't get hired at a respectable establishment. i truly do. all my scripts- prescribed by better doctors! their business model is going down the drain. they can't pay their doctors enough to stay! boy did i learn my lesson about these kind of privately owned non "providers"(cough) who truly think they're not bound by law just like any other provider or hospital are! arrogant. insulting. threatened me. after my dr, with whom i was establishing rapport, quit cold turkey with three days notice- they ceased 100% to communicate with me or my pharmacist for three days while i was supposedly undergoing treatment. they refused to respond to any type of communication, thru their "app," via the phone, and not just me- calls from my pharmacist questioning their prescriptions, & now, they're threatening me with a lawsuit if i make any more "abusive" comments about them because... i looked for recourses for their lack of communication, also called patient abandonment, & sent them the 'letter of the law' pertaining to that kind of behavior. ohh, yes- they c a n be sued. i didn't say it, the l a w said it! & just like that, i finally got a response- they dumped my healthcare after signing a contract with me. it was easier to boot the patient & make false accusations against t h e m, since they can't keep help & cannot handle their business! would you really want to do business- give your money to people like that who will turn their back on you in your hour of need? you'd have to be nuts. & guess who's already got a call in to a malpractice attorney since they threatened me with a lawsuit if i didn't shut up about them? these are vile people to do business with, disrespectful, accuatory after it was them who endangered my health, & yes, people- we have every r i g h t to expect something from them too when they make promises to us and don't keep them, just threaten their clients! what abysmal excuses for "professionals." just because they profess to do something, if they can't or won't, they're a liar who just wants to rip you off & not provide the sevice they promised. then they'll threaten you because they can't handle their business. pretty much the okie standard in healthcare for sure, keeping us at the worst level of healthcare in the nation. way to go, you lowbrow cretins, just run everybody out of oklahoma in pure self-defense from bad & dangerous practice, once again giving the entire medical profession a very bad name. i was nice as pie to them until they abandoned me. then want to accuse me of "impropriety," when it was they who behaved abusively & improperly. furthermore, they're dumber than a box of rocks. don't know much about anything. i had to take it upon myself to seek outside help when they refused to treat a rash that was all over my head. these jerks just want your money. they don't have to 'perform' for it. & they'll let you know in no uncertain terms. they need to be shut down, they are intentionally dangerous! you have been warned. find a doctor or just go to a minor emergency center until you c a n wait 6 months to see one. avoid this place like the plague if you care about yourself!!

This procedure was supposed…read moreto help figure out why I suffer from chronic hiccups--episodes that last 24 to 48 hours straight, where I hiccup with every single breath I take. While I was with the nurses preparing for the procedure, Dr. Briggs walked in and asked, "How are the hiccups, are they getting any better?" I told him no. His response was, "Sounds like you're going to have to deal with that the rest of your life." In that moment, my heart sank. I felt like all hope had been ripped away from me. I held back tears in the room, but inside I was completely shattered. The thought that I might have to live the rest of my life like this was unbearable. After the procedure, I sat in my car and broke down, sobbing from the devastation of his words. But deep down, I know this isn't the end of my story. With the right doctor and God's will, there is hope. I will never return here again.

Took my vitals and then the staff shut the door and left the exam room. Over an hour later I finally got up and opened the door and two doctors were just sitting there. I was literally just going to leave but they said they were really busy and I was next. Went back to the room and the doctor came right in. 3 minutes of exam and he prescribed normal prescription you'd expect for a sinus infection. Was out 5 minutes later. Pretty sure they literally forgot about me because once I walked out of the exam room I got all kinds of intense attention. Upon exiting through the lobby it was completely empty.

She said "this is what I was told to do by MY boss". I kindly mentioned I have been to other Express Wellness locations and only pay $25 for a copay. She then told me that the locations I had been to were new, not the same type of urgent care that their location was, and were "not in the loop yet". I have been to the glenpool, jenks, and Sapulpa locations. I have only ever paid a $25 copay. The Glenpool location is the newest, but I know the Sapulpa location has been there for years. I didn't want to cause a scene because she was persistent that I owed $75. She said I haven't reached my deductible (which has never been an issue before). My mother called the billing office immediately to address. She talked to Lori. Lori agreed with her and told me she'd contact the office then call me. She never heard back. This morning she called Lori again. This time Lori was short with my mother and basically told her we'd have to wait and see IF we'd be refunded. No direct resolution. This isn't just a customer service issue. I'd hate to see what they steal from patients that come through without healthcare coverage. Note: they are MEDNOW but have Express Wellness all over their facility. Regardless, my insurance is still in network with them.
