The waiting room is tiny, but they chronically overbook appointments, so it quickly becomes overcrowded. Patients end up packed in and waiting for hours to be seen.I had ultrasounds done on both my chest and lower body. The doctor received the results but still required a separate appointment just to discuss them. This felt like another unnecessary way to generate more revenue. On top of that, they try to control your schedule by insisting you come in whenever they dictate and forcing you to book future visits during your current appointment.

Was told they would be on if I'm on the website which happened 5 minutes later. Was told that my scan would be faxed to a radiologist but it's been four days and they don't even answer their phone. Their phone says to call back later and it doesn't take any messages. Their parking lot only has 8 stalls, 2 handicap and the rest is at someone's house which is kind of weird. I only stayed because Dr. Bautista is kind and provides good care but everything else isn't great. I pay my bills on time but I'm told I owe $700 but there's no bill that came in. This is the second time the office told me that only for the charges to drop. My recommendation for them moving forward is hire better office staff because your whole business will collapse.

She got me set up with some lab tests and helped me out with everything I should be doing to keep my health on track. I had to play phone tag just to get them to communicate with my new PCP and then asked for a follow up call. I waited for a day off from a whole work week to get an infected ear looked at.
