Friendly doctor that gives you TLC like an old school physician. Angie is also great. They both have decades of experience.

He is very thorough, ensures we get a blood test, 5 viles, every 3 months to ensure he can properly monitor us to receive the best care possible. Together with his wife, Evelyn, manning the front, they make the best team. Evelyn & team, ensures appointment reminders are submitted on time. As humans we forget, so these reminders are very welcome & wanted. Most of the doctors do not have any reminder system in place, if you forget, you maybe charged & need to reschedule. The wait, at times, maybe long, but, I don't mind. Because sometimes, he may need to spend extra time with other patients, to ensure we receive the best care. I consider myself very fortunate to have Dr Tan as my PCP, he has helped my wife & I to improve our health & keep our numbers in check. Mahalo Dr Tan, Evelyn, Beverly & Team.

This place is terrible. The clinic is extremely small, with only one exam room for seeing patients,…read moreyet they have two separate rooms dedicated to storing patient records. It feels very greedy. The facility is also quite unhygienic. The air vent at the reception area is filthy and completely clogged with dust. The waiting room is tiny, but they chronically overbook appointments, so it quickly becomes overcrowded. Patients end up packed in and waiting for hours to be seen.I had ultrasounds done on both my chest and lower body. The doctor received the results but still required a separate appointment just to discuss them. This felt like another unnecessary way to generate more revenue. On top of that, they try to control your schedule by insisting you come in whenever they dictate and forcing you to book future visits during your current appointment.

When I questioned why, I was told to be in compliance I need to come in every 3 months to make sure my condition is still there same . I have this condition for life and mention to her sound like your just money hungry. She she starts yelling f words.. I'm a newly established patient and they didn't pull any of my records from my old pcp. Very unprofessional, I think I need to find another PCP if this is how they treat their patients..

I have worked in the medical industry before in an office for medical supplies; and it seems Hawaii's handling of documents is less than satisfactory. I waited a whole week to have paperwork transferred from this PCP when I had changed. Their only excuse was they never got it. I had to play phone tag just to get them to communicate with my new PCP and then asked for a follow up call. I waited for a day off from a whole work week to get an infected ear looked at. Update: they stated at 1:43pm they had sent the paperwork; went to my new PCP nothing was sent. I had to get my paperwork in person and bring it back to my new PCP. Ridiculous that they don't have a backup system that if fax doesn't work e-mail would be a nice thing to consider
