    I noticed when I got my phone back that the screen stuck out above the phone. Also, my iPhone…read morewarned me it wasn't a genuine Apple part. I thought, "I'll complain when I come back from my trip to visit my parents for Christmas" However, the phone just completely bricked soon thereafter after getting a very small amount of water on it - which wouldn't have even remotely been an issue if the proper screen was put on. Now I'm stuck with a paperweight and I had to buy a new phone two days before I was travelling back home. I mean, I did get a screen and it worked for a bit, but the work compromised the phone and left is vulnerable.

However, no one showed up or communicated with me until around 10 after a call and a text from me wondering where someone was. The response was sad at best: first the excuse of Covid. I get that. Fine, your business model changed---shouldn't the website or auto responses been changed? When I mentioned that and how I'd waited around to keep the appointment I was told they had no control over Covid. What?? I know that.... Where was an apology for me having waited for someone to show up? Where was a better apology or explanation of why it took so long to hear back about the change in policy due to Covid but then the lame, 'blame it on Covid' and they can't control that. I should have had notification that no one would come.... Terrible service and lack thereof.
