JML is our H.O.A. landscaping provider in West Deer Township. They do a decent job of cutting the…read moregrass and trimming the shrubbery. They do not pick up the grass clippings. They use a leaf blower to clean the lawn, but they blow the grass clippings into the flower beds. The units that have fences complain that when the mowers exhaust the clippings, they stick to the fence and are not blown off by the employees with a leaf blower. Getting anyone to answer a phone call at their office is fruitless. Messages left for our Client Relations Managers go unanswered.

They should let the mowers idle a few seconds when they are on Roselawn side and then shut them off before crossing. It could spew out debris from road and hurt someone. One worker started pushing the industrial size mower up onto truck platform at the same time another one stepped onto the platform. With a bit more thrust to his push he could have seriously injured the second worker. They are the only ones that use leaf blowers in Central Square that is destroying people's hearing. No property manager uses leaf blowers for irrelevant grass clippings which get taken by wind and rain anyways. The Rose Lawn residents don't even walk much on the public sidewalks, they all use their cars. I watched the using them on a cold blustery day for no reason. They were cutting grass in soaking weather and during a wind warning, 50 mph. No herbicides during windy days please!!! Use common sense It's really unbelievable that these hard working guys don't use eye, respiratory and ear protection for all of the above. If they don't care about their health and safety why should they care about ours? They come at 8 am most days and wake up the whole neighborhood for one hour just because Rose Lawn HOA investors want to pretend they are doing the right thing for all the profit they make off of so called "maintenance payments" from. They block parking with their huge truck and wagon in tow. Sometimes less is more. I think they do too much, especially with the leaf blowers
