I would just keep in mind that they are a flower shop so they get busy around holidays like Easter and Mother's day but that still only delayed the normally quick communication a couple of days. Also the vase ordered was supposed to be clear glass with a pink bow, what she received was a white plastic apparatus that resembled a juice carafe... bow nowhere to be found.
