Blooms by Vickrey accepted the order and responsibility to execute the order. What was delivered looked like a mangled mess of leftover hedge clippings in varying uncoordinated colors. Also the vase ordered was supposed to be clear glass with a pink bow, what she received was a white plastic apparatus that resembled a juice carafe... bow nowhere to be found. The Valentines card I selected not present and in it's place a literal folded piece of paper. This is a total insult. I'm hurt and appalled that this is what my beautiful mother received.

The pineapple was a pale yellow color & was also not ripe or flavorful. Let me just say if fruits were my business I would only send fruits that were truly delicious. If your fruit isn't ripe, let the customer know what is ripe & can be sent. The entire experience was truly disappointing. We threw out the entire arrangement. There was nothing to salvage. I will never order from this particular Edible Arrangement shop & maybe not even from any other locations. I would not want anyone to receive the crappy fruit that I did. So much for Mother's Day.
