Also the vase ordered was supposed to be clear glass with a pink bow, what she received was a white plastic apparatus that resembled a juice carafe... bow nowhere to be found. The Valentines card I selected not present and in it's place a literal folded piece of paper. This is a total insult. I'm hurt and appalled that this is what my beautiful mother received.

If your fruit isn't ripe, let the customer know what is ripe & can be sent. The entire experience was truly disappointing. We threw out the entire arrangement. There was nothing to salvage.
