To start, Best Buy canceled our installation of our new home at 6:30pm by text the night before install. Only options were to reschedule or cancel. Evidently they only have one crew and totally left us hanging as we had been planning on this for over 3 weeks. We had to drive 30 minutes to Best Buy in Port Charlotte because they no longer have phones in store, ( this is a complete joke if you have tried to deal with Best Buy lately, GOOD LUCK) to see what had happened and try to reschedule or cancel. We ended up walking out of Best Buy at 9:00pm with nothing resolved and possibly a week or two wait on installation. The next morning my wife found Quality Tv on Google and we decided to stop in. Mike gave us a quick class on TVs and we loved the family atmosphere of his business. Mike was able squeeze us in to do the install and his sons Michael/ Matthew and Brian teamed up to knock out the job. I was in awe of how they teamed up and worked together and how great of a job they did. Recently, I asked Daniel Thomas of The Handyman Group to carry out several small tasks at our home…read more First, he power washed our driveway and patio pavers. Knowing of our concern for the small fish in a water feature in the patio, he took care not to use any chemicals to power wash. The tasks were carried out perfectly and the cost very reasonable. He also replaced my neighbor's and our mail box which were looking pretty sad!! And then a couple of days later, we experienced a small "hiccup" in our home. About 4 or 5 ceramic floor tiles decided to pop up like a tent! So, I took photos of the affected area and sent them to Daniel. Soon after he received them, he called me and we agreed that he would return on the following Tuesday. He did and sorted out the problem by removing and replacing the tile. He also provided useful advice should we have to replace the ceramic tile. We hope we do not have to go through that hassle. Finally, Daniel had noticed that there was a spot in the driveway that needed another dose of power washing, which he did. The driveway looks great now. We have been very satisfied and recommend him highly!!!!
