Food is sub par and the service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. We waited almost two and a half hours for wings while the owner and his crew came in a half hour after us and had food an hour before us. We would have been hammered but we waited with empty bottles for 10 minutes between beers. The inside still looks like a construction zone with unfinished wood, stained sheet metal and crooked corners everywhere.

It was surprisingly quiet around 1 p.m. on a Saturday, with just one other patron, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stop. The restrooms were spotless, and both the indoor and outdoor seating areas were beautiful and inviting. The bartender was incredibly attentive and took the time to ask what styles of beer I usually enjoy before recommending a few options. Every recommendation was spot on! We ended up sitting back, enjoying our drinks, and taking in the peaceful atmosphere, it was exactly the recharge we needed between games. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to explore the grounds, but from what we saw, the property looked gorgeous. We'll definitely make a point to return when we can spend more time there.

You apparently walked in expecting the entire establishment to revolve around your very specific demands, got disappointed, called someone a "clown," accused them of lying, and then produced this barely decipherable masterpiece of nonsense. The staff didn't fail you--you failed to understand where you were, what they offered, and apparently how restaurants work. And judging by the grammar and coherence of this review, I'm not sure you were in any condition to be evaluating anyone else's performance. Being unhappy with a meal is one thing. Throwing a tantrum because a restaurant didn't conform to whatever bizarre expectations you had in your head is another. Do everyone a favor next time: stay home, lower your expectations, and let the adults enjoy their dinner without having to witness another episode of The World's Most Confused Customer. The restaurant got one bad review. You got permanently immortalized as the person who wrote it. I'd say one of those is considerably harder to recover from.

Firestone's pizza has an excellent char, solid sauce and flavorful toppings. The restaurant also has a beer/wine store, and a eye pleasing meat counter/butcher. I have no complaints - friendly service, fair priced pizza for excellent quality, and the liquor section has some charm to the decor. ***From the road, look for Gordon's (even though Firestone Kitchen is the eatery).
