Not only that, but Jamie received 0 hostility from our party months before the wedding. The first time we met Jamie was for our walk through in July and we certainly notified him of our walk through time. He failed to check his emails. If Ben was fired due to unprofessionalism, why did you tell my coordinator that all brides would hire him directly? I'll post that screenshot below. He must not have been that bad if you were willing to reinstate him in future packages. If your package doesn't include a coordinator then don't include it on your website. Simple. Besides all of this, we're also now finding out Jamie scheduled 2 couples to do their food tasting on our wedding day, but told the caterer he only scheduled one. When the second couple arrived, they were given a portion of OUR extra food. You guys never confirmed this with us. So not only were strangers at our wedding, you gave them our food, which according to Jamie, is customary for your venue. We've also been made aware that Jamie's real name is Tim, so for every time we thought we were communicating with you, we communicated with Jamie the ENTIRE time. I did not post a review until now because with the type of business you run, I was concerned if we left a bad review we would not get our security deposit back, as you tried to do to another bride. It's a shame that you have such a beautiful venue, because an owner like you that fails to take accountability ruins it. Hopefully whoever decides to buy it in the future will run it better. If, according to you, the brides happiness is first priority, then you've done an absolutely horrible job at showing it! I'll make sure to respect this in my other reviews as well. As my fiancé parked the car, across the street in the over night garage, I was able to get a Single King room on a Monday night for $159. As we walked into our room #701, it was rather small, but fine since it was just the two of us. As I sat on the bed, it was actually hard! Yay!!!! I can't STAND soft beds and rather sleep on the floor! Haha no joke! Then my fiancé went into the restroom and suddenly he tapped on something glass sounding as I was turning ing on the tv..... I noticed there was a curtain by the bed, so I pulled it across and lo and behold by the bed was the shower and just a curtain the person from the outside of the shower could open/close as they please..... hee. We also had a mini fridge in the room along with a desk and chair. We had planned on staying one night, but got inside LA, and we figured we'd extend our stay. Upon doing so, we went downstairs the next day and asked if there was a deal if we could stay 3-4 days, and sure enough there was!!!! It's always great to see what happens once you ask! Hee. We got a larger room with a corner room location, I forgot the room number, but the restroom was larger and had a separate wall between the toilet and shower area, so if someone was in the shower, someone else could use the toilet and not be seen. This longer hotel room also had a chaise lounge chair and a better view of their downtown area, granted a lot of the places have closed. Overall, I honestly loved our stay here! It reminded me of a county version of The Fairmont SF! They constantly played new aged country music in the lobby! Then on Fridays and Saturdays there was a live band or singer in the bar area! I love how they had a community aspect to the hotel with some local live entertainment!!! My fiancé also loved watching The Knicks play on the bar tv with other people at the bar! Hee. Oh and they had an adorable coffee shop that made Ready To Order items downstairs too! See my review at Farmacy Cafe, but too freaking too! Country SHREK! Hee We will definitely be back again!!!!!

Me and my wife have followed NV catering for a while on Instagram. A few friends recommended them…read morenoting they have an incredible chicken wrap for lunch. A post popped up offering Friday dinner for four at a very reasonable price. We went ahead and took a shot and ordered the Italian sausage and pepper pasta with veggies, bread and salad. Friday came and picking up was very easy. The kitchen and facilities were very clean and tidy. When we got the food back and I opened up the container surprises definitely my first reaction. The meal we received was identical to the meal they offered in their Instagram post. That just doesn't happen, reality always is just a little more, messy or sloppy. Not with NV, the food we got looked exactly like the food we ordered. So the family gathered made plates, and not only was the food beautiful. It tasted incredible. The pasta was perfectly cooked the sausage and sauce full of spice (not heat) and flavor. The veggies were perfectly cooked, soft, but still with bite. The salad also looked fantastic and taste just as well. The best part is as advertised. It is a meal for four, we had three and still have enough leftovers to supplement a full meal. In total, we absolutely on keep an eye out on future NV Friday family meals. The speed convenience and high-quality and taste of the meal makes the value that much better. We look forward to make them a regular rotation in our monthly meal planning.
