I walked in 45 minutes before closing on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon in late September with no appointment, in need of new brake pads and rotors. John's team was able to to order the new parts and install them before closing, and they did it with a smile. If it weren't for John and his team going out of their way to accommodate my needs, I would have had to cancel the group trek I was leading the next morning in the White Mountains, as it wouldn't have been safe to be driving with a car full of people. Originally I thought there was an alignment issue with the vehicle, so I took it to Town Fair Tire and they confirmed it was actually a brake issue. They sent me over to Jeha's ("but you better hurry!") and I couldn't have been more grateful for the referral. When I posted something later about Jeha's on Facebook, a few friends chimed in by saying how much they loved John and his team!! I went back today because I had another issue with the vehicle. It was a very cold and gloomy day, and John gave me a warm bowl of soup to enjoy while I waited; again, with no appointment. I was in and out of there within an hour. I've felt nothing but care and warmth from these people. I'll be going to Jeha's for all of my auto needs as long as I'm in the area. read more

I highly recommend going here for car work. I'm a women. I'm from out of state. I'm not dumb but I've been to same places who thought I was. They'd over price or seem sneaky. I'm glad I went in for an oil change last month. When I called around, their price was the best for a synthetic oil change. So I recently went back a few days ago to get my brakes done. I knew they were bad. (Used to work at a dealership). They didn't tell me it was anything else than what I thought, or over charge me or talk to me like I was stupid. I went here for my state inspection very friendly nice waiting area with plenty of food and drink the owner was very pleasant, my car was inspected quite quickly and efficiently the shop was extremely busy but they managed to get my car in and out in record time. Went in for a simple inspection sticker. I had brand new tires on my car and he said that they needed to be replaced? Waited over an hour for a sticker while they fucked around for a half hour. Can smell a thief and a liar from a mile away - as some of the previous reviews stated on here - stay far away. Never will bring my business here again read more

Two words: The Best. So far I've only gone here for tire repair. Several years ago, I had a nail in my tire. The Town Faire Tire across the street was going to charge me $300 for a new tire. They were the ones who suggested I go to Jeha's for a plug. I did. I paid $12, got my tire fixed and it lasted for several more years. This morning, my check tire light came on again. At Town Faire, they always want to replace it for $300. Usually they don't have the tire I need, so I have to wait a day too. So I went to Jeha's. They immediately checked it out and found I only needed air. They filled it and charged me NOTHING. It's rare you can find such an old school garage like this with reasonable prices, a waiting room that smells like oil and hasn't changed from the 50's, and servicemen who are like your uncles. They know their business and they just want to take care of you. read more

Brought my car to get my starter replaced, they took 6 days to get it fixed & when they did, it wasn't done properly, I came back the seventh day he said he was busy & kept asking for money so I paid him. came back the following week he said his employee is out for 10days again because he's sick, came back the following week again, brought my car in 6hrs later nothing was done, the next day again for 7hrs nothing was done, later I got frustrated told him he need to get the job done he told me to leave my car again I said no and I needed my refund, because my car kept dyeing Everytime. Between all that they made a huge dent on my car that cost me $250 to fix, my heat was also not working anymore. The owner Assaulted me and chocked me in front of his customers. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I brought my car to this place & it took over a month for them to fix the situation on my car they were quick to take my money but the problem never got resolved. I brought the same car back to him two weeks after because the issue still wasn't resolved & all they did was reset my dashboard then told me I was all set. The problem continued up until now. I asked for a refund because I am still on the deadline & he refused, very unprofessional & was yelling at me while I was trying to have a conversation. DO NOT COME HERE read more

worst place i ever a took a car to for repairs and inspection , took van there said it needed brake line which it didnt when i dropped it off and got back to house after not letting him do 675 in repairs and brake line was snapped and battery is dead and wont start next day , horrible experience , car is in worst condition after dropping off stay away unless you want to get screwed read more
