Victor replaced the spark plugs in my X5 and charged me $739.47 (which included 4 hrs. of labor!?). BMW of Warwick charges $372. for spark plug replacement. I am a victim of price gouging. Beware, don't bring your car here to get it fixed...it might cost you $367. extra. I am contacting the RI Attorney General's office and filing at small claims court. I don't want this to happen to anyone else, so beware. read more

I got into a minor accident scrapped up the front driver's side, busted the tire and wheel. Victor after carefully inspecting the vehicle noticed there where huge damages done underneath. I was in the market for a car and have driven by Accurate Automotive Sales and Service every morning on the way to work. As many people I don't like dealing with car salesmen, they are usually pushy and will say anything to make a sale. I decided to stop and to my amazement this was not like any other experience I've had purchasing a car before. The salesman (Jonathan), was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and wanted to make sure I got the car that was best for me. He actually listened then explained everything about the vehicles I was interested in. Had me take multiple vehicles for a test drive. There was one I was interested in that I wasn't able to take out as it needed a new tire. Later that day when they close at 3 pm, he called to tell me he had a new tire on the car and if I wanted to take the car out for a test drive I could come down. They stayed open until 6 pm to make sure I had time to make sure this is the car for me. I didn't make a decision at that time. But to my surprise, I didn't get the typical speech what can we do to get you to buy today. Once I made up my mind 3 days later (no annoying calls), I spoke to the finance manager (Anthony) who was just a spectacular he made sure the numbers worked didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. I got a tour of the facility, by the owner (Victor) and was made to feel as important as the entire process was to me. I can't recommend this place enough. about one week after my brakes were replaced by this business, they started to squeak. my husband reached out to the owner, victor and he told my husband that it was more tha likely due to a part of the brakes being too tight. he told my husband to bring my car back for them to check it out the following week. during this time, the pandemic hit and i wasn't driving my car. when i drove my car last week, i realized the brakes were still squeaking. my husband contacted victor about looking at my car and he told my husband to bring the car to his shop today. when my husband brought my car this morning, (without looking at my car) victor tells him that my brakes are squeaking because of the material of the brakes and that he would need to purchase more expensive brakes for the brakes to stop squeaking.. i have had my car for some years and i have never ever had this issue when my brakes have been changed. i typically go between 2 businesses to have work done to my car and the one time i decide to take a chance on a new business, this is what i have to deal with.. i will never do business with this shop again and i am reducing my original high rating to a 0 star rating, if possible. read more
