The 11 am worship is often followed by a Light Lunch afterwards. The library has an extensive collection of both Quaker writings as well as a wide-ranging survey of spiritual writings as well as social justice topics. The campus is quite active with a shelter which each night houses 50 men without homes, as well as space for Facing Homelessness and The Native Program Committee. Quaker House next door houses up to six QuEst interns who serve in area nonprofits for a year-long assignment, and also has two rooms available for visitors. It's such a great program, and its donation-based--pay what you can. Just make sure to get there early if you want a good spot ( like at 6pm when the doors open) Trust me, you'll want to be up front or in the center, because being on the sides can make it a little tricky to hear the instructor. The yoga itself leans more towards a Hatha style, which is perfect for all levels. The instructor for the last Yoga + Sound Bath was amazing, and there's something so peaceful and relaxing about practicing yoga here, especially after one of *those* Mondays. The sound bath just takes it to a whole other level of zen. They have mats and blocks available, but it gets pretty packed, so bringing your own is a smart move. If you're looking to unwind, reset, and leave all that Monday madness behind, this is definitely the place to be!

The commitment to proper liturgy from the musicians and the servers is "cathedral-class" as I heard put once. For a welcoming environment and authentic Christianity, this is the place to go. I should also mention that this is one of the few places where you see faith being put into action in the service of its community. The Sunday Dinner program draws many people from around the city to its kitchen and you see this every morning as you come into mass. It helps you remember those who go without since other places try to sweep them under the rug.
