We also introduces Shannon to our close family that we discussed over the phone call the previous day at the beginning of the event. Our only child is in barely any photos. Shannon insinuated this is the fault of our child. Our parent who we were next to the entire event is in ZERO photos. Shannon blamed our parent. We have families that are in zero photos. Shannon stated this is the fault of the "subjects" Our family of three (husband, wife, child) stood in front of the themed balloon backdrop at Shannon's attention and "okay". We are left with a photo of one of us looking in a midst of a sneeze. Our family of three stood next to the themed cake and we are left with an awkward overly bright and flashed photo. Shannon sat down to eat, we were gracious and respectful. We do not have any photos of traditions, we have only a couple of photos of husband and wife together or individually (the clients who sat next to each other 90% of the 3 hours event). We hired entertainment, catering, balloons, décor, band, dancer, photographer, etc., and do not have photos to put even a small album together. We only have ourselves to blame for hiring Shannon Garguilo as a photographer for our event.

He discussed with the couple and was happy to work with their plans and what they did and didn't want, and very thoughtful about the photography options with great suggestions. He was a super nice guy as well. The day of the event he was professional, very flexible in the face of lots of cooks in the kitchen, clearly knew what he was doing, and really nice to work with. He knew how to compose shots and make them look great. But most important, the pictures came out wonderful! Finally, his fee was completely reasonable and appropriate to the occasion (unlike other photographers we contacted who said they had a minimum wedding fee whether or not it was a large, standard wedding event).
