We had Poser do our photo booth for our wedding in NYC and they were absolutely amazing!! Everyone had so much fun with all the props, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Just love working with Poser Photo booth. We used them for a charity event but I am also a wedding/event vendor so probably held Poser to an extra high standard! Poser Photobooth rocks. No other photobooth compares to what these guys provide. People who attended our wedding still tell us what a great addition to the event it was. The fact that it's a backdrop gives people the ability to pile in and be ridiculous, or one or two people to have a crazy dance party (we actually have hilarious footage on our wedding video of our drunk friend busting out some serious moves in a tophat in the photobooth, seen in the background... so priceless). After an incredible engagement shoot with Michael and Melissa for their photography business M2, we knew we wanted to hire Poser Photobooth. Their team is impeccable to work with and couldn't be happier with their Photobooth for our Horticulture center wedding. Poser is not only fun to work with but very responsive and professional. Their props are not the ones you've seen at every wedding and have so much character that your guests will be impressed. There are props both old and young will enjoy in the Poser Photobooth, which makes it fun when all generations join in at the booth! There is so much room for customization in their packages which helps you be cohesive to the theme you have cultivated for your wedding over months of planning. When I didn't see a color that I wanted from my pallet for the print out background, they quickly customized to match my color pallet. They are awesome to work with. I have no idea what kind of lighting they use but everyone has commented how we all look amazing in the Photobooth pictures. Very easy to work with! They'll text, email, call...whatever is needed to make it work for your wedding day. It sounds crazy, but being able to text them in order to get the photo booth figured out saved a ton of time. Super nice team and very pleasant. I used Poser photobooth for my wedding this past December and they were great! The staff on our wedding day was friendly and Michael was a breeze to work with. The props were a lot of fun and my favorite part was the open photo booth they have. I prefer the open photo booths over the closed ones because they allow more people to squeeze in the picture. My only complaint was the time delay between the photo and the screen. There's a one or two second delay when the screen freezes to look like you took your picture but the actual picture is taken a second later. This led to some awkward photos if you weren't prepared for it. I have no doubt this can be easily remedied in the future. And I would've liked the photo strip printouts to be a little larger. As it is, it's a bit smaller than I would have liked. Overall though I'd absolutely recommend them to friends and received compliments from guests at how much they enjoyed our photobooth. read more

Poser Photobooth was AWESOME! Not only did the final product (pictures) come out beautifully, customer service was impeccable! The last thing a bride wants to deal with (weeks before the wedding) is chasing a vendor around looking for answers. This was absolutely not the case with Poser!! They were extremely responsive and professional in answering all of my questions-- from beginning to end! Also, the attendant who greeted the guests provided such a warm, positive vibe, which made the night even more uplifting. We wanted to take our Corporate Holiday Party to the next level and started online shopping for Photobooth Rentals in the area. From the very 1st email that Poser sent me, I knew immediately they were "the one", because they stood out from the crowd with their upbeat attitudes and the photos speak for themselves. They are so upbeat, flexible, funny (I think I giggled at least once with every correspondence, which was much needed when stress levels get high planning a large event!), and they made it so seamless and easy with showing up ahead of time to set up without my direction or help. The attendant was fantastic and even hooked up a USB drive to the camera, so we could display some of the photos on a large screen we had in the Main Ball Room. The props were so fun and great quality (not cheapy print out stuff) and our guests nearly ignored the live band we had all night because they were having such a ball with the Photobooth. I also was approached by several guests who mentioned that they've seen a lot of photobooths at weddings before, but none of them compared to this one.
