He allowed the selling agent and buying agent (therefore the buyers) to believe the redemption was extended and that we were closing 1/7/11. Without any notification, the house slipped into foreclosure & was listed with a completely different realtor. We have to start all over again. We spent $ on inspections, appraisals, etc., (after 12/15/10, and he KNEW it) to get to closing. Even the buyers realtor hates working with this guy.
