We were LITERALLY 5 days from closing on a home going into foreclosure. Redemption period was up Dec 15, 2010. He allowed the selling agent and buying agent (therefore the buyers) to believe the redemption was extended and that we were closing 1/7/11. Without any notification, the house slipped into foreclosure & was listed with a completely different realtor. We have to start all over again. We spent $ on inspections, appraisals, etc., (after 12/15/10, and he KNEW it) to get to closing. Even the buyers realtor hates working with this guy. Completely uncommunicative, and deceptive in my experience. General public and businesses be warned!
