To start off with the receptionist(s) are so nice and informative and actually listen to clients needs and wants and aim to book with the right tech and as a stylist I see this and it goes a long way. I was given an iPad to put down my wants and needs and such forth. My tech grabbed me and took me to the room and proceeded to ask more in depth questions that the questionnaire didn't have. As someone who listens to people all day long on what they want and don't want, I really look out when someone is listening to me for my wants and needs and the two times I've been here so far, I've gotten that. People who care about what I want and need and truly help me. I was immediately sold on a membership and for only $80 that's amazing. It would be nice if it was 2 credits a month but we can't get what we all want and that's fine because the professionalism and the actual work is more than enough. I couldn't recommend this place more than how I've already recommended. With the membership you also can use it for a facial which is a nice add on too! So to say my standards are high for an LMT would be an understatement. Howard is one of THE BEST therapists I've ever had. He can work on both my muscular husband and my small 100 lb frame with equal skill. He's intuitive, and seems to know just the right pressure. He's definitely not just a "fluff and buff" type therapist, although I'm sure he'd be great at that too if you just need a relaxing massage. But he can really work issues out cuz he knows his stuff.
