Had first appt with Dr Odahlen for myself and my son to get X-rays taken and scans to help figure out best way to address concerns. There were issues with the initial appointment times, I wanted to make sure I attended the appt with my son since he's 12 and he was initially scheduled at the same time I was going to be seen. I then thought that was worked out, just to get a text that we needed to change it again since the doctor was double booked. Front desk staff is nice, very cheerful and helpful. The second review is in response to Dr. Lafever's wife Rita's concerns based on my review. My review is definitely NOT one sided, and you're right I do believe that it is important to elaborate. I do appreciate how wonderful Ashley is at giving massages and I do appreciate how wonderful Dr. Beetle is as a chiropractor. What I don't appreciate is the fact that you (Rita) want to try to slam me when I gave an honest review. One thing YOU DID NOT DO is take my concerns seriously. As a practice manager you should take my criticism and try to be better. It seems that any time you get a negative review you (Rita) seem to make the patient out to be the villain. Since I have started coming to your practice you have repeatedly over scheduled me to maximize on dollars, your practice in addition bombards the patients into trying to make us give your practice positive reviews. You completely ignored the fact that your message services are scheduled in a room that can hear every conversation in the entire practice. Especially from the room you rent next door. You definitely did not respect or respond well to my complaints. Your attitude was deal with it & try to schedule on Fridays when potentially no one will be in the room next to the message services. You NEVER accommodated me in any way! Trying to say that Dr LeFever was running 5 min late is a joke! I was very early for the scheduled appointment and I walked out 15 min AFTER my scheduled appointment because I HAD TO GET MY DAUGHTER FROM DAYCARE. Something I made VERY clear when I scheduled the appointment & when I came in early for the appointment! Let me remind you that you tried to collect a $50 cancellation fee when I tried to reschedule as I was leaving. I CLEARLY said no because I was not canceling, I was trying to reschedule the appointment because you were at least running 15 min behind that day. Then you tried calling me 2 days later to try to collect $50 cancellation fee again! At that point I was just beyond upset and told your scheduler to cancel all my appointments. Your lack of professionalism and respect for your patients is unbelievable. It's clear you collecting your $50 was more important to you than acknowledging the fact that you wasted my time that day. To say that you are a clinic who cares & respects your patients is far fetched. My advice for anyone who is looking for chiropractic care is look elsewhere! read more

I feel so much better, I have one more follow up visit. I switched my chiropractic care, I went to alignology today, this place is incredible. They don't just do chiropractics, they do all kinds of health care. I'm just happy I can function now. And that they gave me a plan for me to continue to get movement and strength in my back. I was intrigued to check this place out! I came into this facility for a facial! "Energy healing facial" never heard of that before so was curious to try. I work in a high end spa so im use to a facial routine and customer service for these type is services. This place is awesome! So much more to it then I originally thought. It's a full on wellness center! The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming! I got a full tour and explanation of the treatments.. I cannot say ANYTHING bad about this new chiropractor I am seeing. If I could give him 100 stars, I would. Dr LeFever and his entire staff are AMAZING. Austin and Anthony both came with me to my first appointment and they weren't ignored. He asked them questions, asked if THEY had any questions, used it as a teaching opportunity and showed (physically assisted him) Austin some techniques he could use on me to assist with relieving pain at home! I have NEVER had such a wonderful experience in all my life. His clinic is beautiful, clean, and just overall relaxing. They are not only a chiropractic clinic, but they have massage therapy, acupuncture, and an infrared sauna! So thankful I found Alignology and that I'm in Dr James Lefever's care. Came in a few months ago with neck, back, and hip pains. Headaches.. my body was neglected from my work and life. My husband and I love this place. Dr Lefever is the best and most educated chiropractor I've ever met. Not only that but he's just super cool to be around and very good at what he does. If you're looking for a Dr who went to the best chiropractor school and the real deal, this is where you want to go. I got ex rays and a full treatment assessment and plan on the first couple visits. Visited today for the first time for a 30 minute infrared sauna treatment. The location is very clean and comfortable, and the entire staff was incredible pleasant and helpful. Many services are offered, and I can't speak to all of them. But the experience in general today was excellent. I have had lower back issues ever since I fell down 14-18 concrete steps at my job back in 1981. Dr. Light went above and beyond expectations to explain everything about my pain / problems. Dr. Light offers affordable care packages. My current chiro which is covered by insurance costs me $30 per visit co-pay. Dr. Light offers care packages of 10 visits for approx $34 a visit (no insurance required). I think this is well worth it. I have already referred a family member and Dr. Light offers a $25 credit to you and the person you referred. When I was told about NUCCA, I have to admit, I was quite skeptical. The non-invasive nature of the adjustments made me wonder if anything was really happening. I had previously been going to another chiropractor on a regular basis for several years, and was down to monthly visits, but I would definitely start feeling the pain returning at about week 3. I got on a regular schedule with Dr. LeFever, and am now on a "maintenance" schedule of once every 2 months (currently working on an even longer interval in between)!!
