With a looming closing date of our new dream home, and sub-par realtor who was less than communicative, and couldn't seem to guarantee anyone could do the survey, We became desperate and turned to Yelp. I left messages for about 4-5 survey companies, on a late Friday night after business hours. I left message after message detailing our needs and time constraints. By the time I awoke on Saturday morning, Alan had already texted me, to let me know he could move some things around and could have his guy there on Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
