A very drastic low review after today's visit:…read more I arrived on time and front desk was very slow to check in four people ahead of me then I hear a patient ahead of me checking in for the 2:40pm with same provider as I--and it was 2:56pm my appointment is at 3pm. The audacity they have to do this to those that arrive on time is unacceptable. I had to take time off work just to be here on time and address my health concerns. Also, the Front desk had a dry personality. And even though there were four front desk personnel present, only one was checking in so awkward to see staff just hanging out while I wait and wait. I kept staring around and made eye contact with one who could care less. They ask me to wait in the lobby and fill out a form, it is now 3:03pm and I'm still in the wait area I'm quite sure I will be waiting for a while once in the exam room. (3:14pm in exam room) The assistant was also rude and did not make any eye contact at all. I had to ask her to close the door prior to asking me personal questions. Do better you are violating hipaa. She did not ask me for a DOB or to identify myself I usually get labels that I turn in to the assistants. Update: My provider saved the day by listening to my concerns and even helped me out with a referral. This makes up for the other issues experienced earlier today.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. During one…read moreof the hardest periods of my life, I was constantly in and out of the hospital throughout high school dealing with multiple chronic illnesses. Instead of listening to me or taking my symptoms seriously, I was repeatedly dismissed and made to feel like I was "crazy" and that everything was "all in my head." Since then, I have been properly diagnosed by multiple credible specialists and physicians with the conditions I was struggling with the entire time. Looking back, it is heartbreaking and honestly dangerous how quickly my concerns were brushed aside. A primary care doctor should show empathy, compassion, and a willingness to investigate concerns -- especially when a patient is clearly suffering. Unfortunately, my experience felt extremely rushed and transactional, as though getting patients in and out mattered more than actually helping them. I would honestly recommend going to almost any other doctor before this one if you want to feel heard and taken seriously. I hope this practice learns to listen to patients more carefully, because dismissing someone's pain can delay important diagnoses and deeply impact a patient's well-being.

Dr. Voleti is amazing. She's god sent. Before I found her office I wanted a doctor's office that would listen to my every concern, answer my questions with patience, and a doctor that I could trust with mi children's health. Voleti checks off everything I was looking for. She goes above and beyond, she goes out of her way to make sure she explains what's going on and listens to every concern. She speaks multiple languages for families looking for a multilingual doctor. Super sweet and cares so much for her patients.

When I got there staff directed me to the right buildings and the check in process was fast and smooth. Once I made it to the Endo procedure area I was attended immediately. The nurses explained everything to me step by step since it was my first time. I didn't feel scared or lost. It was also my first time getting an IV and and my vains are small but the nurses were taking measures to ensure they get my vain without having to poke me many times. I've heard horrible experiences about getting an IV but the staff at Holy Cross made my experience a positive one. The staff made me feel very comfortable as it was my first colonoscopy and I felt very vulnerable. The staff were all professional and kind. I especially want to mention nurse Cierra was fantastic. She was monitoring me as I woke up from anesthesia and she was so sweet. Truly she made me feel safe and comfortable. Truly she made my experience a 10/10 and she is the biggest reason why I wanted to write a review. Thank you again to all the staff.

The environment was pleasant and calming which was lovely. When I walked into her suite, she gave me a cute little logo bag where I could put any loose things that I may have. She also gave me a disposable head band to wear to protect my hair. Nurse K is caring and patient and she made sure to explain every step of the process with me as it was my first peel like this. She was patient as I asked questions and took the time to make sure I was a good candidate for the procedure before starting. She was very gentle and let me know what she was doing before touching my face. After she was done I sat there for a bit to make sure there were no reactions or anything like that. After my appointment she followed up with me multiple times via text to make sure that the process was going well. She even gave me some suggestions on products that I could use to maintain my skin. My skin felt and looked great after it was done purging. (My fault for not taking better care of my skin beforehand.) Keep in mind that there are a few parking spots in front of the salon so arrive early in case you need to park on the street. The nice thing is the location is on Maclay street where there are plenty of coffee shops and cute little restaurants to try. So if you want, you can make a little day for yourself after you get your service with Nurse K.

I accidentally stumbled upon this place and am so grateful I did!…read more The front desk staff was friendly and helpful; and I had a gynecologist appointment w/ Dr. Eliz and I cannot recommend her enough. All of my recent doctors within the past few years have really lacked person-to-person skills, many of them not even introducing themselves when they walk in the room. Often I am left feeling like a number on a checklist instead of a human when in doctor's appointments, which is why this visit with Dr. Eliz was such a nice change. She came in so friendly and sweet, introduced herself and her intern, and asked me my name and how I was doing. I know that seems simple and basic, but it hasn't happened in a long time, so I already felt more at ease right away. She communicated with me through the whole procedure so I felt comfortable and safe and informed (which I very much appreciated), and it went quickly and smoothly. Then my nurse who later had to draw blood from me was also a wooonderful human who also made me feel comfortable and at ease. All around good people here and I feel so much relief having found them.

I was there for an appointment early morning, I needed blood drawn (I was 36 weeks pregnant) so another staff member made an appointment for me to return later on that day. Breyda saw that I was in pain and without me asking said "wait, take a seat really quick" , she got me in that very minute so I wouldn't have to return in a couple of hours. I was in so much pain, I couldn't even walk. Breyda, Hysby, Martha, Teressa, Briana, Maria, Dr Aura, and Dr Carlos gave me the best experience in this office. This staff always made me feel welcomed and important. Everytime I would call the front desk, the staff was ALWAYS polite, never made me feel like I was annoying them. They would even make recommendations when I would complain about being hungry lol. Made me feel at home. They always accommodated me when I needed an appointment change. I can't express how thankful I am towards them. I loved the fact that they always knew my name and would greet me with a big smile Everytime I walked in. I wanted to get pregnant but had some concerns of certain pains I was experiencing. As soon as I walked in and told Dr. Aura she immediately made appointments (ultrasounds, etc) for me to get checked out. I've never had a doctor make appointments for me so quickly. Dr Aura examined every part of my body to make sure I was ready for pregnancy. Ms. Maria always made me feel at home. I felt like she was one of my aunts. She makes you feel like family. She has a way with people that makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Would make me laugh while taking my vitals and gave me all the information to questions I had. I met Dr Carlos towards the end but again, great first impression. Very kind and gave me information about the birth portion of the pregnancy. I definitely recommend this place.
