A very drastic low review after today's visit: I arrived on time and front desk was very slow to check in four people ahead of me then I hear a patient ahead of me checking in for the 2:40pm with same provider as I--and it was 2:56pm my appointment is at 3pm. The audacity they have to do this to those that arrive on time is unacceptable. I had to take time off work just to be here on time and address my health concerns. Also, the Front desk had a dry personality. And even though there were four front desk personnel present, only one was checking in so awkward to see staff just hanging out while I wait and wait. I kept staring around and made eye contact with one who could care less. They ask me to wait in the lobby and fill out a form, it is now 3:03pm and I'm still in the wait area I'm quite sure I will be waiting for a while once in the exam room. (3:14pm in exam room) The assistant was also rude and did not make any eye contact at all. I had to ask her to close the door prior to asking me personal questions. Do better you are violating hipaa. She did not ask me for a DOB or to identify myself I usually get labels that I turn in to the assistants. Update: My provider saved the day by listening to my concerns and even helped me out with a referral. This makes up for the other issues experienced earlier today. read more

Located on Sepulveda Bl, across the street from the cemetery. They have a large self park parking lot on all sides of the building. It's a 3 story building, specially built for the Facey Medical Group that's part of Providence hospitals. I have been fortunate to have great doctors. It's just like anything, not everything that shines is worth it. Same here, some doctors are a hit or miss, while most of them are great. This location is considered the main location. They have lab, x-ray, therapy, doctors (general, specialty), ophthalmology, including urgent care all under one roof. This makes it convenient. read more

I have been going to Pain Management, Dr. Dardasti , at the Sepulveda location , for my lower back Pain, he always shows much concern. , and has really helped me in getting my back to feeling much better, always try's to provide various solutions that has my back feeling much better. I received a phone call from a receptionist this morning about my physical that I had to schedule for April( its February). She stated that in remarks I mentioned a referral and she wanted to schedule me something before the physical to address the concern. She stated that I would be be billed for questions during my physical because a physical is not for questions or to address my concerns! I told her thats diabolical. She said that the exam is 20 mins and anything over I would be billed for it. I told her this call seems like a money grab... I should have an exam during a physical and address any concerns. If it is determined based on my concerns that I need a physical, I shouldn't be charged for that. She said that a physical is for blood work and other routine test! Well WTF do I need to come see the doctor for that? Just send my blood work order and order test needed according to my age. Whatever happen to providing reliable care? I'm going to change my provider ASAP...Facey you should be ashame to treat people this way. I am a federal worker with great insurance. read more

Unbelievably bad customer service & communication here. But at least they're consistent. My fiancee and I started coming here a few months ago for our pregnancy check ups, and we've already had 3 separate instances of our appointments being messed up or mis-booked. Best case scenario, our appointment is actually honored but with an extremely long wait time (2+ hours). 1st time they told us to wait upstairs, when we were supposed to wait downstairs, so we were there for an additional hour. We only found out by asking. 2nd time was them failing to send us an important appointment they made, so it came and passed without us even knowing. And now they scheduled a blood test at a time when the office is getting ready to close, so we'll have to come back yet again. Never a "sorry", or care about being incompetent and giving patients the run around every single time. Completely unacceptable. read more

Urgent care is thorough with labs and imaging as needed. I also had a very good experience with seeing Dr. Brueggemann as he is very thorough and caring and takes the time to cover everything and always asks in the end of there is anything else I need. Finally the medical assistant Emerald who helped me was extremely friendly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I felt like she was looking out for me and helped me out when the receptionist had scheduled me for an in person visit instead of an office visit. Thank you all for caring. The two stars are for the two primary care doctors, the team at the on-site lab, and a speech pathologist who have been helpful to me and my family this year. Right now I'm very frustrated because they are not honoring their agreement with my insurer, Health Net. A set of hearing aids I received in February after Facey issued the authorization for the DME still has not been paid for; now they are trying to say they are not responsible. It seems they are happy to take the capitation payments every month from HMO members with top-tier private plans, but watch out when they are asked to cover bills. read more

Once I arrive at 11 because they told me it doesn't matter when I come, I am told my blood work has to be before 9am. But sadly not one provider or worker can actually read the orders correctly. This review is about my OB GYNE consultation on Wednesday 8/21. I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Inna Berdichevsky during my first consultation appointment. Initially, the meeting started well, but it quickly turned unprofessional. Despite my attempts to clarify, she displayed a rude and impatient attitude. She demonstrated unprofessionalism and began raising her voice at me because I didn't have all my doctors' notes. I was only able to print out what I could from the portal app. I informed her that for the rest of my medical records, she would need to ask her medical assistants to request them from my doctor's office. She was very dismissive and calling my printed out results from my previous OB gynecologist notes "irrelevant" to my new diagnosis. I've never felt personally attacked or disrespected from any doctors before. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful. As a nurse practitioner, her behavior was unbecoming, and I left feeling uncomfortable and attacked. I do not recommend her for consultations. read more

Everyone works from home in back office so you never get a response the same day- the bad part about dealing with this type of foundation is they treat PPO patients like HMO . Hey everyone. You know how we just went through a pandemic and medical professionals should really be appreciated? Not these lazy office dwellers. We bring our 1 year old here to see the pediatrician. Our we used to. They don't seem to care about anyone but themselves up there. 3 visits ago my wife arrived at they told her that her appointment was 15 minutes late. She accepted that it could have been her mistake and moved on. Next visit was me. For 1 shot. I checked in early. Made it to the room within a reasonable amount of time....for them. And then nothing. We sat in there for 30 minutes before I lost my temper. I loudly opened the door and stood in the middle of the hallway for all of them to see. Just staring at them. 2 of them just standing there. 2 of them sitting. Still took 15 minutes for them to show up. And when she came in she was all giggly. No care in the world. I answered her questions as bluntly as possible because god forbid I said something that made her leave the room. We might never see her again. At the end she asked me if I wanted to make my next appointment at the desk. My baby is already upset. I'm like....no. I want to go home. Right now. Today my wife shows up. 10 min before her appointment. She sits and waits. People start checking in and being brought in. She gets up to ask and they tell her that her appointment wasn't for 15 minutes after our actual appointment. They must think people are stupid or that people won't call them out on their nonsense. But they messed with the wrong one today. You should have seen them when my EMERGENCY ROOM RN (a nurse with real problems) wife tells them "I have access to the charts. I can see if you moved my appointment" At the end of the day these people are the bottom of the bottom. They don't care. A quiet office sitting at theirs desks is too difficult to make it to patients within a reasonable amount of time. I'm SURE there's a medical emergency they're attending to right? ....right? Don't waste your time here. And if you continue to go here make sure you are very loud with them when they undoubtedly continue with this bs. Dr Kouz is one of my best doctors ever. He helped me navigate through a 4 year ordeal of lymphoma. He always makes sure I understand and he always listens to me as well. He is empathetic and always professional and I like him a lot. The Infusion Center is so accommodating, efficient and friendly. I was in UCLA for infusion and while it was ok, it wasn't great. But here I felt like Norm at "Cheers". Crystal takes care of all the scheduling and processing all incoming patients whilst following up and always providing updates and reminders. All the nurses are very friendly and nice. Nicole is the top in her field in my opinion and Martha keeps the joint running smoothly as she multitasks. Not your typical doctor and I mean that in a good way! I've had horrible experiences in the past with doctors. These experiences include feeling ignored and the sense of being rushed out of the room. My experience with Dr.Sanchez has been the opposite of what I mentioned above. She asks many questions, truly listens to your responses, and for me; that means a lot. Her professionalism speaks volumes. Lastly, I really appreciate how Dr. Sanchez makes it easy to communicate with her without feeling intimidated. The pediatric department is TRASH. I am appalled and severely hurt by the treatment my 18 months received. The Dr who saw her at her 16 months check up was more concerned trying to make it seem like there is something wrong with her because she is still not fully walking (she is of course walking now) than administer the CORRECT vaccines. He blatantly messed up and didn't give her the correct vaccine needed at the visit - and at her 18 months check up another Dr we saw said my daughter is LATE for her shots. I said wait how? I'm always here on time for every appointment, that's impossible. Sue tried to blame the Burbank location - however excuse me, we switched fully to Mission Hills location and already saw that other Dr who clearly screwed up. I completely don't trust these people. How can they be so unaware how important it is to give correct vaccinations to a little toddler. Appalling and ridiculous. I will be calling to figure out what happened exactly on Tuesday and requesting my daughters vaccine records and I will be filing a medical board complaint against this Dr who is more concerned with making moms feels like their children are mentally incompetent than giving correct important vaccines. Vera in Radiology - I had her 2x's now for a breast mammogram and I will never be back. She was to concerned with telling me I look to young for my age and disrespectful comments, the test itself ladies we all know how uncomfortable it is but she made it 10'x worse grabbing on me the way she did. With zero concern or apologies. Not one time did she give a warning for when to hold your breath in ADVANCE to hold it, just take the picture and yell hold at the same time. It was an evening apt and I was confused how to get out, she was to lazy to even walk me out. So no worries I will go back to my beloved Breast Center for woman, treat you far more respectable. Dr Milika Singh/endocrinologist - stay away. Never returns calls/emails and will deliberately ignore you. I had a great 1st apt and from there down hill. I am having health problems as a result that started mild and turned worse. Not even a diagnosis. I'm on hold for apt 2 months away to confirm if I have cancer so she thinks. I booked elsewhere. I have no idea what her issue is, and although I know I have not done anything to this woman it is kinda hard not to take it personal. The 5 star reviews may be real but they do not show all of them just the 5 stars on Facey website, I guarantee. She can be as wonderful and respected in her community but she is a horrible Dr for me. The same for Dr Mya Levy. They put patients at risk ignoring them and even delete their profile from your list of your medical team when there is cause for concern to discourage you from making any follow up apts or is to somehow use as a way to diffuse as an excuse the dr responsibility if your attached to them no longer in the facey medical system. My health is important and diligent to follow up with other Drs but assure you I'll def be following up with all appropriate parties including legal if need be depending how this goes. They play to many games and they team up supporting each other to treat their patience like this. read more

I've been waiting for approval for my Ocrevus treatment since April 2023. It is July 6, 2023, and I'm told that I need to be seen in person first. Mind you 60+ days to be told something so simple that needed to be done before. Avoid Dr Cardenas (Neurology) office if you're in pain and have urgent needs. Andrea/Nicole and I think the other name is Monica. They don't care that you're in pain and need your medication. I get this every 6 months, which will be for the rest of my life. The OBGYN office doesnt call you when they are going to miss your appointment or be late. The receptionists are rude and talk down to people. They allow you to book months in advance but will cancel your appointment to fit in a surgery but wont be able to rebook you until another couple months later. This office doesn't care about it's patients... and the schedule coordinators for the OBGYNS need training because they are so awful. read more

I came in last Saturday because my daughter had a viral infection around 3 PM the service was really fast the nurse was really sweet and worked well with my daughter who is 20 months old and was very irritable but she was calm and personable. I just went to my 20 week anatomy scan ultrasound and it was my first time at this location due to it being the first available appointment and it was horrible! I didn't get the ladys name due to the room being dark with dimmed lights and I had my husband and our daughter and my dad with me but she had them wait in the waiting room. She's short, dark haired, tan skinned, and is either Hispanic, Filipino, or Asian. As time went by, she has not said anything to me or anything about my baby ( nor I didn't get to see it towards the end ) and when it was time to let my family come in the room she was giving such rudeness attitude and rushing me and my family to come in the room and that she wanted to go home. As we we're waiting for my husband and daughter to return from the parking lot, this lady really had the damn nerve to say "This is a medical exam, not a joke." YES!!! She said that to me right in my face! I did not say anything back because I wanted to see my baby and she didn't let me in the beginning. Some people just earn their careers just for the money! If you're pregnant, don't come here for your 20 week exam and have this lady treat you like noting. read more

The doctors and the NPs here are great. However the front office staff makes it almost impossible to get consistent care. It takes forever to check in, to the point where it actually made us "late" for my child's appointment. I got in a 3 people line for check in and it took 15 minutes for my turn. When I told them my kids name and appointment they told me I was late. And I'm like, I've been standing in line for the last 15 minutes waiting. They told me that the doctor was running behind and didn't know if they could a late appointment. Again, I arrived on time. The next appointment I had written down at 1030. When I arrived at 1030 they told me I was late because my appointment was scheduled at 1015. I was like... weird. But ok. Maybe I heard the girl wrong. No problem. I'll just reschedule. However the next appointment wasn't for another month. But ok. Not their fault. The lady at the front made me my appt, we joked and laughed about double confirming the time. Yesterday I show up to my child's 1030 appt. I get there 10 minutes early, it takes 10 minutes to get to check in. I arrive at the desk at 1031. I saw hi we have an appointment at 1030. The lady then states my daughters name. I did not give it to her. She then says I'm all checked in. So we sit and wait. And wait. And wait. People who have came after me are going in before me. So at 1050 I asked what's going on. The front office girl says she'll check with the nurse. She comes back and says my appointment was at 1045 so they're "not that behind" ummm excuse me? No. Absolutely not. Twice I got my appointment wrong? Plus when we checked in for the 1030 appt they knew my child's name. Now all of a sudden it's 1045? We get into the room and are done with vitals by 1058. I explain to the nurse or the MA my frustration. She tells me that the doctor will be in "in just 1 to 2 minutes". At 1115 I dressed my daughter and walk out of the room. All the people sitting at the desk stare at me. No one does or says anything. I will definitely not be back. read more

I am not even with this group. For the month of November 2022 and in December I have recieved marketing letters from this group to sign up for their Medicare plans or their workshops. So far I have recieved close to 30 letters addressed to me. I called their Marketing & Communications 818 837-5755 and the recorded message says to type in an extention number which I do not know then I called their Administrative/Executive Offices at 818 837-5785 it rings 20 times then I get an answering message for me to leave a message then it says "message box full". This is all within their open business hours. This is the most annoying medical group I have ever encountered and this is the fastest way to have people not sign up for their plans or groups. read more

Came in for a quick follow-up. It's not even a doctor visit, it's a nurse visit. I waited in an empty waiting room for 40 minutes before they called my name. I waited another 20 mins in the room to be seen by a nurse. My actual interaction with the nurse was about 3 minutes. I saw Dr Beshay for a routine procedure and they were very unprofessional and also the billing office made a mistake in how they coded for service and instead of being covered at 100% as a preventative procedure, they sent me a bill for $1100. This is after the office had my insurance info and assured me it would be covered. I contacted them to fix several times with no response. They kept me waiting for the procedure for over 2 hours from the scheduled appointment time, and there were at least 5 others patients that were also waiting.
