Highly recommend this place! Was referred to my friend and I'm so pleased with my results! I got a few things done- botox, filler, and laser hair removal For Botox, I got some units in my forehead and around my eyes as a preventative measure for wrinkles. While I don't have deep wrinkles, I've noticed it really has helped to brighten my face and makes me look more awake and less tired. For my chin, we added some filler to elongate my face and make my face less round. I feel like it's a subtle change, but I've gotten so many compliments on how it just makes my face look more dainty. (Most people think I just lost weight in my face, but when I tell them I got chin filler, that's when they say how good it looks.) For laser hair removal, I was a bit apprehensive to get it since I have dark hairs and a lighter skin tone. I was afraid that I may get dark marks from the laser machine, as I had once experienced before. However, they listened to my concerns and reassured me that they would go on a low setting to prevent that. I didn't get any dark tracks afterwards, and I now only trust them to do the laser on my face. As far as professionalism goes, their staff is great at that. Dr. Jeng, Adrienne, and Sherry were great at listening to what I wanted at my initial consult and made me feel comfortable by addressing my concerns. For example, with the chin filler, I wasn't really sure how it would look and was a little curious if if would fit my face. They recommended to inject only half of my syringe first to see if I would be happy with the outcome. 2 weeks later, I came back to inject the rest and was happy they gave me that option. Some other places may not give you that option, so I can tell they really want their clients to have a positive experience. read more

Dr. Jeng and the rest of the staff (Nancy & Adrienne) are very nice and gives as much information I needed for the different treatments I am interested in. I am always greeted with a good black coffee.. (coffee is life!) I felt at ease that my treatments are done by an MD and RN. The prices are reasonable and they sometimes do some extra for me They really are focused on giving the best care and makes sure that I'm satisfied. They do various treatments to different skin, body issues and I love that there's always different options. They have laser hair removal and IV hydration as well. They don't try to force and sell their treatments on clients and I love that. They also offer payment plans/membership too. I am waiting to get the full result of my treatments then I will post some pics later. Parking: They are close to Bloomingdale's so I usually park there and walk to the clinic. Hands down Beau MedSpa is a hidden gem in Glendale. The clinic itself is beautiful, immaculate and friendly and warm feeling . Dr Jeng and is staff are amazing . They provide excellent treatments ,expertise, and great prices . As a nurse myself I would 100 percent recommend everyone to this place ! I was lucky enough to take the aesthetic training class . Recently I visited for a chemical peel. The office was immaculate. I thought it was really nice that they had a daycare room set up for patients with visiting with children. Adrienne was very courteous and made me feel very welcomed. Adrienne and Dr Jeng were very helpful in selecting which one was best for me. Dr. Jeng was very attentive throughout, explaining what he was doing and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. He made sure to focus on areas of my skin that needed a bit more care. They were great in explaining my post care and giving me tips to help hide my face peeling (since presentation is important at my job).
