These folks are masters of their trade. We lost the keys to our luggage carrier, and were moving out of house so we really needed them. Went in on Monday morning with pick of the unit and the lock and asked them if they could make the key. Within ten minutes had keys in hand. We needed a second chip key for a new-to-us vehicle and the folks at Jenkins had everything on site. We were in and out in ten minutes with a chip key and two valet keys for far less than a dealership would have charged for the chip key alone. Got my keys locked in my car round Stuart's Draft. Phone GPS said they were close to me so I'd thought they'd help. Gave them a call cause every other locksmith in that area either wasn't open on Sunday or wasn't answering their phones. At least they answered the phone, after I gave them my info and location they told me they'd call me back.......never happened. I want to thank the locksmiths at Jenkins for not giving up when I locked my keys in my car. They tried everything for almost an hour until one of them found a very creative and non-destructive way to open my car. If you are reading this, I highly recommend that you test the 'emergency key' that the manufacturer gives you just in case this happens to you. Test it when all is well. I didn't and we learned that the emergency key did not open the car. Jenkins locksmiths came to the house right away and I hope they know how much I appreciate their solution to what seemed to be an impossible problem. read more

I just had them re-key two locks that I actually bought elsewhere. No problem, can do, finished while I waited. They also fixed one of the locks that was always a little sticky. Like ten bucks. Wow. Less than Home Depot. They also can get more Emtec lock sets we need for our new house, no problem, bring one in if you can or email us a picture and we'll match it and re-key to what we have now. Everyone else we talked to told us it would be hard to match everything. Excellent. Friendly people, not expensive, anxious to please. Can't get any better than that. read more

I called for lock installation. First call returned but they did not call to reschedule. They blamed it on me for not returning call which is not true. When I asked to be rescheduled, they agreed but failed to ever call back. Horrible way to treat customer. I have done business with them before, but never again. read more
