I had to go back several times due to a computer chip malfunction in my car key. It seemed to me it would be easy to give up on the situation or brush it off as a manufacturing defect, and I would have been none-the-wiser, but Jordan was awesome. Instead, he took as many trips as needed from the building to my car in the parking lot, replacing and working with the internal parts of my car key until it worked properly. He was so kind, easy to deal with and made the experience so much less stressful than it could have been. Ultimately, he simply did what it took to get the job done, and I appreciated that. I also watched him work with a difficult and disgruntled client that was in front of me in line, and he handled the gentleman kindly and with extreme professionalism, even as rude and difficult to deal with as the customer was. When I walked into precision today I was not expecting what I received! There's a young man working there who goes by the name of Kameron. He helped me first of all by gleaming that Bright friendly smile! But it didn't end there, Kamerons personality matched the smile! He also saved me some money by giving me knowledge about my vehicle. I wanted to give him the biggest hug! And I told him so, I just appreciated his kindness so much. As I drove away I started thanking God for leading to someone who was honest and kind and not just looking to hurt the customer's pockets! Above and Beyond Customer Service. As I drove away after getting a key taken out of a doorlock today and a new key made, all I could think about was how everyone smiles, is friendly and helpful and caring, and they don't take you for a ride. The key they took out was made from a cheap blank and fell apart in the lock on the first use. They use better blanks - not something you notice but when I compared the two I could really tell the difference. Plus, they have a sweet dog, Lovebug, who stays behind the counter. Small, short fur, never barks, very clean, but they let her out if you ask and you can give her a couple of treats as you wait. She has lots of personality and is a comic relief in my day. read more

My job had a broken door, I called and was told they would send someone shortly. Not even 15 min later Brandon and Glenn arrived, surveyed the door gave me the good and bad news. Bad news the problem went beyond what they could fix at the moment, good news was they could set up my other doors to work like our main door until we could get the other fixed. Altogether they took maybe 45 minutes and then went over alternatives to fic the issue at a more cost effective rate. We needed to have a panic bar and associated hardware replaced on a door at our church. We contacted Precision Locksmith and Roger came out the same day to provide a quote. The item had to be special ordered to match the decor in the building, which was no problem. As soon as the item arrived they scheduled the install. John, the service tech arrived at the scheduled time as went straight to work. After the install was complete he was very thorough in cleaning up the area. Very Impressed with their work. Glen and the other gentleman helping him, changed our outside door knobs to levers and added an electronic lock to one door and a keyed deadbolt to another. They were both very courteous, made sure they cleaned up after they finished. Glen had to leave and go back to the shop to get a part he needed (slight discrepancy in door thickness), but came back in a timely manner and completed the job. Glen took time to explain how the electronic lock worked and watched as both my wife and I tried it out. He also explained how to maintain the locks and levers. I called Precision mid morning inquiring about upgrading my exterior door knobs and making them all share just one key. Within a couple of hours they were at my house. What a rip -off, and bigot smug employees, them being the only locksmith in the area, and they know it, charge an arm and a leg for any work from minor to major. same keys cost 1/10 of what these thieves charge in any other city. will never go there again and never call them again. Went to the dealership to make a new key for our car, and we happened across a gentleman from Precision who was doing some work for the dealership. Asked if he could make the key for us. He agreed and even gave us a price that was significantly lower than what the dealer quoted. Took less the 5 minutes.
