As amusing as Jenn's employees find my review and experience speaks volumes of their character NOT MINE. However, I would like to provide an update and share the fact that the wonderful true brow artists who covered up and corrected as much as possible of my JennBoyd Botched Brows - Jenn Boyd took a training class from these amazing sisters. Ha! Hopefully, this training did amazing wonders for Jenn's brow techniques as I wish no woman a JennBoyd Botched brow job, not ever! When I went for my consultation to have this botched job corrected and mentioned who did my brows - All I heard and seen was everyone looked at each other and said "here's another JennBoyd job" To all the women out there who are considering tattooing their brows, make sure to thoroughly do your homework and don't believe all the pictures of brows used to post as the artist "own" work. When my brow job was posted it conveniently only showed my right brow NOT MY LEFT BROW which was the mess of the two. I had razor burn from the shaving, which I have no idea why my brows had to be shaved and the ink settled in the razor burn creating a complete mess. I see a lot of brow artists are now posting actual "live videos" of their work which videos don't lie. Just be careful and make sure to do your homework on the artist and the technique used Microblading vs. Microshading there is a big difference and also a big difference when it comes to the long term integrity of your skin when and if you decide to due touch ups...there is a lot of good information out there... read more

I have worked with this woman for the past few years and we have collaborated on some of the biggest events in permanent cosmetics. now obviously as we grow in our businesses we will always have naysayers and haters. Jenn, her family and her whole operation is definitely a six-star worthy company, but since the most I could give is five-stars that's what I have done. I have seen her work in person, she has been on stage with me many times, and she is a solid technician. I have read one of the other reviews posted on here and it's obviously of a hater. I never imagine how important eyebrows are to your appearance until a year and half ago when I got my eyebrows Microblade by Jenn Boyd. I have never been happier!!!! She is very clear of what she's going to do and makes sure that you are getting what you want! Also, she is super clean and careful with everything that she touches during the procedure. I got a keratin lash lift from Jessica and it was a great lash lift but the fact that I had to wait over 40 minute is unacceptable.I got there about 5 minutes before my appointment and I had to wait 40 minutes to get seen. She was still doing microblading on her client that she was working on. If it was the other way around and I came 40 minutes late I would not have been seen. I was going to leave but I had to wait to be seen since I had to do the deposit prior to booking and would lost that money. I've been asking their assistant for an appointment for this month and they never had any openings so I tried different methods of contacting them until I finally heard from jessica she gave me a date that no longer works for me. It's ironic that I have to beg them for an appointment, they should want to book their clients. Seems like their priorities are the trainings and doing microblading I know those services bring in more money but you shouldnt advertise other services if you cannot fulfill them. read more

GORGEOUS results! I first met Jenn a few years ago after my much faded, old school, thin tattooed brows were screaming for attention. Jenn was in Newhall and I lived in Riverside, Ca, which was not a close trek. I made the appointment after seeing Jenn's incredible microblading results on a co-worker and couldn't wait to get mine "fixed." Jenn was warm and super sweet. And right off the bat I knew I could trust her because of her honesty. At the time, my brows were not faded enough to get the detailed results that I was personally seeking and Jenn told me so. She made me aware that she wasn't in the business of taking people's money and didn't feel right even beginning if she couldn't deliver perfection. I respected that SO MUCH. I left her salon and took the opportunity to make it a date day with my husband who, by the way, still goes with me every time I visit Jenn. He told me, "She's a keeper." Which leads me to share that some time later, I was able to go back to Jenn to fix my brows. She was meticulous!! I mean, I am an OCD, perfectionist myself, but this girl went beyond to make sure that every sketch, line, stroke and after care explanation was on point. I have been back for touch ups and I do not even understand how the look keeps getting better, but it does. I am a Power Yoga Instructor who teaches hot yoga classes at times and brows that don't wipe away are a must, true, but brows that don't wipe away and are on point, bliss!!! Jenn's beautiful work has gotten me attention from anyone who knows brows and from others who cannot believe they're microbladed. I have sent numerous friends and co-workers and in my opinion, there is no one better in this business, I wouldn't waste my time or hard earned money on anyone else. Jenn Boyd is the best at what she does!! I followed her Instagram page for a few months before setting a appointment with her. I loved the work she posted and knew she was the artist for the job. We talked about what kind shape I wanted and shading. She explained the whole process very clearly. Since this was my first time microblading I was very nervous but she made it very easy for me to relax and trust her. My eyebrows came out amazing and I love that I don't have to draw them in everyday. She does give her clients after care sunscreen to protect your brows and also gives you instructions on how to clean and protect them . I have not had my eyebrows microbladed by Jenn Boyd but I have taken multiple microblading courses from her as I am a microblading artist myself.
