I've had a scar in my eyebrow since I was 4 yrs old and have always been annoyed filling it in or having it visible through my make up and making my face look asymmetrical. Stephanie is incredibly knowledgable and recommended a combo brow for me and it looks so good!! We were worried that because of my scar tissue there that the pigment wouldn't take, and while it is a bit lighter, I feel confident now not wearing any make up! The precess was easy, not painful, the healing process seemed like a breeze in my opinion. As far as lip blushing, we worked together to blend the perfect shade of lips I wanted, a soft mauve kind of color but a bit more pink, and in the tattooing she was able to eeever so slightly overdraw the right side of my top lip to make them more symetrical without compromising my facial skin, this has been an insecurity of mine and very happy with the results! I moved before i was able to get touch up appts for either of them but regardless, I'm happy with the results! As a bonus she gives great book recs!

Upon arriving at Sutra, my husband and I checked in and sat down waiting for our turn. Chetna, is the lady who usually does my eyebrows. Next, this gentleman walks in who i'm assuming is her regular customer, signs in and proceeds to ask how long it's going to be. Chetna then finishes with the guy she already had in her chair and calls over the gentleman who walked in after I did. My face said it all so she told him to wait and that she would do my eyebrows first, as she should've from the beginning because I was next on the list. I proceeded to tell her that she could go on with his eyebrows and that I would wait but she insisted on me being first. I sat in her chair and she walked away outside for about 5 mins before coming back. She did my eyebrows in a hurry and to me felt like she had no care in the world. I wasn't even in her chair for 5 mins before she was done. She barely trimmed them and didn't even thread all the hair off and left patches. I will NEVER return to this establishment. I will go back to Brow Arc at the mall where they take their time and care about their customers. To think I wanted to try somewhere new and help out a business but I was wrong.

It felt like they didn't know what they were doing. I had an event to attend and instead walked out with irritated skin and discomfort. I paid $45 for this, which is completely unacceptable. Threading might be okay here, but do NOT get waxing done unless you want to risk skin irritation like I did.
