Jenna was an absolute dream to work with, from our first communication to our wedding day and beyond. From the very beginning she distinguished herself with her professionalism, prompt communication, thoughtfulness, and genuine interest in myself and my now husband. Within a day of our initial inquiry, she set up a time to speak on the phone; during this conversation we not only went over what to expect from her and any questions we had, but also the story of how I met my husband, things I love about him, etc.--details she remembered and incorporated into future conversations. Jenna's organization was another HUGE strength. She thought thorough every aspect of the wedding day and sent me a customized timeline, around which I could plan every other detail. She helped me think through which photos I absolutely wanted to take (e.g. different family configurations) and prioritize how to get them all within the allocated time. My husband and I did not do a first look and had we also had a large family and wedding party; Jenna's incredible organization ensured we got the group photos we wanted and still had plenty of time for a romantic shoot with just the two of us before returning for the reception. Jenna's sweet spirit, optimism and resourcefulness also shined throughout our wedding day. We were surprised to find there was not only a record heat wave on our wedding day but also thunderstorms up until the time of the (outdoor) ceremony. Despite unforeseen details like running a little late on hair and makeup and having inclement weather, Jenna assured us that there was no cause for concern; she kept spirits high and turned what could have been a very stressful time into a fun and memorable one. What a talent! Jenna knows what she is doing and is worth every dollar. Jenna was organized, kind, professional, and knew exactly what she was doing. Jenna is so truly sweet and tiny, you may think she can't handle business, but she can...and in a way that people don't know that they just got served! I couldn't believe the prices I was finding while looking for a wedding photographer. At the beginning I didn't even understand why I couldn't have a friend just do it, wouldn't people's camera phone pics be enough? I was so blinded by price I went in search of an explanation. Jenna was the only photographer that I spoke to that could explain to me what my money was buying me. Most photographers spoke of the number of weddings they had done, or that they really have a passion for photography, or would not answer the question at all and come back with, well we can work on the price by removing things from the package....all of those things were about them....not about what we were getting. Jenna went into great detail of what her process is, the amount of organization that she puts into it, and answered every single question I had without hesitation and without a sales pitch attached to it. Jenna was honest and easy from day one. Jenna photographed our wedding on Sunday, and I will be eternally grateful for what she, Janelle and Emmy did for us. I never had to ask anyone to wrangle up family or friends for a photo. She was always in the moment, but you knew someone was working in the background on the next spot. The best decision I made during the wedding planning process was hiring Jenna...seriously look no further! She was the first vendor that I booked and picked our wedding date around her availability because I loved her work so much! We first did our engagement shoot with Jenna at Griffith Observatory during sunrise. The top part of the observatory is locked until later in the afternoon so when Jenna was down to hop the fence with my fiancé and I to get the perfect shot- we knew we found the right photographer! She met with with us at her office in Temecula, hopped on phone calls with us whenever needed, had detailed timelines done, and did a final walk through with us in the rain to ensure that we got every picture that we wanted. She really listened to what we were thinking and helped decide what shots were really important to us. The day of the wedding, Jenna and her assistants were amazing.
