They told me to wait until Monday when the owner was back. I told them I had to bring it back and the trip total both days was 60 miles for me. I then bought a year old bale from 2022 to not come back empty handed after spending all my time and gas. This hay is dusty. They did not offer me a discount for my troubles or major inconvenience. The owner then called me on a restricted line a couple of days later so I couldn't see who was calling or call back. I answered the second time , uncomfortable answering from a restricted number and he was angry that I had written him a poor review on Google and demanded that I take it down. He was very rude and degrading, didn't discuss my hay quality concerns. He called angry and upset with me because he didn't like my review and offered me $20 to take it down. He was very rude, degrading, and angry not about a customer having a poor experience but because he didn't like getting a bad review. I will not come back to this business not due to the poor hay but due to how degrading and rude and argumentive the owner was to me. He was very inappropriate to call a customer and be so rude and angry to them. Maybe listen to your customer , understand where they are coming from instead of being so emotional and upset at them. More concerned about the bad review than the customer's actual experience and product quality. No reason to go back and do business with someone like that.

I bought a new style gas-electric hybred mower in 2015. It could run on electric as a ATV at 20…read moremph, be used as a generator to power 110 tools, used as a 220 generator for motorhomes, etc. The problem was getting any kind of accessory for it was almost impossible and the company went broke so replacement parts will soon be impossible to find. SO.....I went to RDO to look at the John Deere lawn tractors. They asked me what I had in the way of lawn, size, slope, etc and recommended the X590. A bit expensive but then they told me John Deere would finance it at 0% interest. That turns out to be $126 a month. You can not even rent a mower for that little. Just before my John Deere warranty expired RDO called me up and suggested I get it check out in case there were any issues, which I did. They picked it up the same day. One nice thing is they carry the maintenance packs so I can just pick one up and do my own oil, filters, plugs, etc. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about their products.

They also charged me for only the time they spent working on my car, which I thought was very reasonable. What could have been a really expensive repair turned out to be quite affordable and I appreciate that so much as I am on a fixed income. They treated me like a valued customer and explained things in terms I could understand. I highly recommend Dakota Battery & Electric for all your vehicle electrical needs!
