Everything was handled over the phone. And I am very pleased to say I was extremely happy with the results. The job was not an easy one. Have you seen the tall spruce trees up at Terry Peak? Well, they had to take two of them out.. Very old, tall, mature trees. A few other small ones as well, but the big ones were as tall as they get. I highly recommend Cruz Quality Tree Service. We asked for our money back and were told, "Impossible". We asked for half of it back and were told, "Impossible". We feel this is all a scam. This company pays a lot of money to keep their reputation clean online. I would not recommend using them unless you want to pay a lot more than another company would charge.
