She let me know what she was doing next with my hair and always checked in with me to make sure I was happy with where it was going. She listened to me and took into account all my thoughts. Jennifer definitely is magical! I've went through several local salons trying to find someone who could consistently cut my hair to my face shape and I'm a permanent customer here now. I love that it's in a beauty salon mall...having her own chair and room is very personal and makes to del that the time spent in the chair is truly yours. I was impressed with Jennie's skills from technical to personal. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and then made recommendations based upon what was feasible with my hair type, face shape and lifestyle. She was flexible when I didn't have the time to do highlights, my cut was what I asked for and to be sure before she cut off more length she asked first. My hairdresser moved last minute after searching for her for months . I found Jennie through great reviews and decided to book her. She is located in downtown Denver off Larimer. I was afraid of the parking situation but it was not an issue. Lots of meters and a few lots. I had a root touch up and cut. She matched my color perfectly using ammonia free product which was great. Absolutely no burning or itching on the scalp. There was also no color stain on my skin which I was super happy about. She was reasonably priced and very friendly. Jennie really is magical! She took my limp, color damaged, distressed, uneven hair and transformed it into an adorable healthy long-bob!! I didn't want to part with the sad strands that were barely hanging on, but she convinced me that it was necessary and that it would grow out better and I wouldn't lose so much when brushing it. The top of my hair was only about three inches long from losing it to over bleaching, but she blended it beautifully. I don't know how she did it, but it feels thicker than it was before! It's so worth, smooth and bouncy when before it was like straw. She's fast, but incredibly efficient and detail oriented. She's fun, great to talk to and really listens to your needs. Jennie is an absolutely sweetheart, a great conversationalist, and an amazing stylist. I don't think I have ever been so happy with a stylists customer service and skill! I came in telling her that I wasn't fully happy with my current outgrowth, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to commit to a fully color job. She was really helpful in doing some partial highlights (which is a lot when you have a head of hair as thick as mine), then did this amazing cut, and blowout.
