I needed a cleaning today and was attended to by Alex , dental hygienist. A complete set of dental X-Rays were taken prior to treatment. Alex was exceptionally polite and very thorough in his application of cleaning techniques. It was a pain free experience which left my teeth feeling cleaned and refreshed. The office staff here were following all CDC guidelines and we felt quite safe having her dental work performed at this location. She got a cleaning, x-rays, several fillings, and a wonderful referral for a root canal. My mom has had no issues with any of the performed dental work at all. Before moving to Florida, we had always gone to our family dentist, meaning.... We have a dentist in the family!! But living too far now, we are very happy to have found Dr. Baxmann for our dental needs. I definitely recommend this office and look forward to future visits for both my mom and myself.

I recently switched to Medicare, and this office is now out of network. When I called about the pain and difficulty flossing, I was told the only way to be seen was to pay fully out of pocket. That was extremely disappointing, especially given that the issues started immediately after the procedure. It left me feeling like money was prioritized over doing the right thing for a patient who was clearly having a problem. I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.

I mentioned my insurance only covers 2. She didn't care and that is their policy. Then on top of that, since I have not been there for over a year, they are going to charge me an additional $50! Are you kidding me, my insurance covers 100% for up to 2 a year, and they want to charge more!! They called me to set up my kids but didn't bother to call and remind me I was due. Talk about insurance fraud, I'm in the process of finding a new dentist.
