They walked me through the process before and during the procedure. Measurements were taken using some type of 3D camera. Dr. Ringland showed me the computer as she translated the measurements into a picture of the piece they were making for my tooth. They even have the technology in the office to make inlays, veneers and other items while you wait. They actually let me watch while the machine carved my inlay - it was fascinating.
