It's funny__ early DEC 'the office' left me3 a message at home that' my appointment would be postponed until FEB 2021 {?? ] No reason given ] Then in early JAN 2021 I broke a front tooth [he decided to put A STOP to the implant molar procedure] Dr Castellanos then,,recommended/put in an aligner in the front tooth . Initially I=was=told= that it would take 4-6 Months.Then months latter -funny enough - HE said it would take ' 10 - 12 months .... Midway thru this procedure _ I cannot find -the funny part now _ I saw in the wall 'A notice' that 'THEY were no longer accepting MY /ANY DENTAL INSURANCE' [negating the former payment arrangements] In another words, they did not care in explaining or making this VALID for further situations they just change the name of this game' retroactively WITHOUT explaining ,,even nothin!! I needed a cleaning today and was attended to by Alex , dental hygienist. A complete set of dental X-Rays were taken prior to treatment. Alex was exceptionally polite and very thorough in his application of cleaning techniques. It was a pain free experience which left my teeth feeling cleaned and refreshed. Dr. Klamut followed up with a dental exam and found no need for further treatment. An appointment was made for my next cleaning appointment in six months.
