Took me a full year to straighten the mess they made out of it. Recently I asked for a prescription for a new medication. Tried to do it through messages in 'mychart' and that was a disaster. I then resorted to making a 'telemed' appointment and waited the 1.5ish weeks for that. On the day and time of that appointment I logged on and waited over 1/2 hour with nobody joining the meeting. They eventually called, recognized what the appointment was for, and told me my primary care nurse can't prescribe the medication, I would have to make an appointment with one of their other Dr's, and I should 'do more research'! Checked their online booking for the other Drs availability and the soonest was 1.5 months out. To top it off, they billed me for the non visit and I had to call and try to get my money back. The lady told me it would have to be approved by 'senior management' and I should keep an 'eye on my account' to see if the refund was approved! This is a fully incompetent medical facility. I'm switching to a different primary care provider.
