Dr Stevanie is an absolute miracle worker! We came to her when my daughter was 2 weeks old, we were having difficulty breastfeeding due to torticollis. Over the next 6+ months she worked with us multiple times a week to help my daughter released her tightness of her neck which then allowed us to successfully breastfeed for the next year. The adjustments, stretching etc that she did with my daughter helped with her digestive system as well. We always noticed a huge difference after an appointment. My husband went to Healthy Images recently for prolozone injections with Cara Riek because of a muscle strain at the gym. My husband is very strong and has an extremely high tolerance for pain, more than anyone I know. And this treatment caused pain beyond what he has ever experienced in his life. When he leaned back, Cara asked if he was going to faint because she said that people have fainted there with her treatment. After consulting with several other professionals, they all confirmed that prolozone treatments should not be painful, and should definitely not cause someone to faint. I do not feel Cara Riek is qualified to do these treatments. In my opinion, the way she does this therapy is dangerous and unsafe! read more

I had the injections for knee and shoulder pain. It was the worst experience of my life. I have an extremely high tolerance for pain, but this was unreal. Nothing to soothe the needles going in and it felt like air was being pumped into my knee and shoulder. When it was all over, the injections did very little to relieve the pain. She got me in right away! I walked in the door of their office in tears. That is how much pain I was in. After Dr. Stevanie worked on my back and made some adjustments she suggested a treatment that Cara, the nurse practitioner gave me. It was a bit uncomfortable at the time but gave me instant relief. My friend has recommended Dr. Stephanie to me many times. After a couple of weeks ignoring my lower back issues (consistently sore, not sleeping, etc) I woke up today and couldn't move at all. After taking Aleve, rubbing some BioFreeze on it, I could get out of bed, but was mostly immobile. I called and Dr. Stephanie wasn't in today, but Dr. Larsen could see me within an hour. I first was treated with the cold laser to reduce inflammation. She then gently helped me onto the table and applied Traumeel cream to the area to help calm inflammation further. The treatment she did was nothing like any chiropractor I've been to before! She was incredibly gentle and was very aware of my pain. I feel this is a place to go to heal. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. They are always friendly and helpful. Prices are extremely affordable which gives our family one less thing to worry about. Dr B is amazing. She has helped my babies improve on their neck tightness they had. She is so great with them-- patient, loving, singing and making them feel safe. When I was pregnant I had to wear a wrist brace and it got worse after giving birth. I could twist open a water bottle or brush my hair without pain. Two visits to Dr B and now my wrist feels great! I can lift heavy things with that hand and pick up my babies without any issues. read more

I have been to several chiropractor office over the years, and I can definitely say I am the happiest with Healthy Images! Dr. Bahnerth has a wonderful way of treating patients - very thorough, explains things well, very patient, never pushy, takes time with you - I never feel rushed. And best of all, she takes care of my headaches and back pain! Did I mention she is not pushy? Every other chiropractor office I have been to tried to get me on a treatment plan, called me regularly to come in, offered "deals", etc. Dr. Bahnerth is just the opposite. She will certainly give you recommendations for treatment, but will never hound you for additional visits, etc. Once you've seen her, you really feel that she is more interested in helping her patients rather than how much money she is making. Dr. Bahnerth is also certified in pediatric chiropractic. She treated my baby granddaughter, who had colic and she was so relaxed and soothing that the baby would relax as well. It is obvious that she loves kids and is really good with them. I always see a variety of people coming and going - parents with a newborn, kids, people in work-out clothes, business people after work, middle age and older people. They help file/coordinate your insurance (many chiropractors don't do this anymore). The office also has a massage therapist (Michelle Dearborn), an acupuncturist (Pamela Wake) and a naturopath (Dr. Cheryl Granger). I have seen them all and highly recommend each one. It is so nice to have all of these wonderful healers in one office! The office is clean, well organized, very friendly - a very positive and uplifting environment.
