She is located on the upper floor of a chiropractor office. The room is appropriately and calmly decorated to provide good energy. There is little to no sound from the outside and others in the building. She talked to me before the massage to review the information I had provided on the intake form, asked me specifically about my needs, and talked about some of her techniques. During a massage she asked about pressure and my level of comfort with the temperature of the warmed bed. I walked out a new and better person. Her various techniques, ability to read energy and know my needs and focus on problem areas transformed me back to my aligned, energized self. I have gotten massages at five star resorts in Arizona and the Caribbean, at local places here in the South Jersey area, and this is by far one of the best. She also asked why I didn't go back and see the previous masseuse. I guess she wanted to know what she needed to do to get me to come back and see her and not go elsewhere. We had a nice little chat and then she began. Carefully gauging how she was doing by my reaction. All went well, much better than expected and Tiffany gets 5 stars. We arrived for our appointment, waited for 20 min past our scheduled time & he never showed.... AGAIN. It's our own fault for trying to give him another shot, but really.., just save yourself the headache, the gas, and the effort. I understand if you're going through hard times, as a lot of us are, but the reason we seek out massages is to help alleviate the crap we're going through. You're running a business and if you can't run it efficiently and professionally you just shouldn't be running it at all. It's a shame because you're truly great at what you do, but you just have to show up and do it. Ghosting clients is literally the worst thing you could do. You never know how far someone is traveling to come see you. It's disheartening that this happened & unfortunately you will not be receiving a THIRD chance from us. So I took my girlfriend with me to his studio the next time and once again the massages were awesome. This guy was so good I wanted to make this a bi-weekly thing or at least monthly. I'm an athlete so having someone like Bill available is everything. Well the last couple of times I've scheduled with him (he confirms said appointment), he has ghosted me. I get there about 5-10 mins early...I wait outside past my appointment time for 30-40 mins each time...try texting, calling, today I was close to knocking on some doors to get my appointment in. Long story short...zero response. You're probably wondering why I wait so long for him to respond when it's clear he is not going to respond. Well I drive about 25-30mins to get to him and I don't get these massages for pleasure but to relieve a pain I'm currently dealing with. So it's important to me & my livelihood. Hence me getting to my appointment on time & trying as hard as I can to get in contact with him. Needless to say he never answered any of my calls, text messages, or voicemails. I did see that after I sent him a bunch of text messages that he read my texts and just decided to not respond. So I asked him if there was any reason why when I would schedule an appointment with him that he continuously ghosts me. He responding saying he was going through some things and would be willing to reschedule with me for half the cost. The problem here is not that he is going through things at all. The problem is ghosting clients. Ppl that are seeking your help that could make or break their well-being. Why not call and cancel the appointment? Text and cancel? Why make the customer believe they have an appointment and hide from giving said service that was scheduled? I don't get it and it's a terrible way to treat ppl. It's selfish and I will never do business here again. Having a skillset is great, but treating ppl less then what they deserve or are worth is just as low as you can get. Honestly I wish I could give this guy zero stars considering the gas I wasted attempting his service twice & being ghosted ‍

I went in with a headache the first time and the usual stiffness in my neck due to arthritis. When I left my headache was gone and my neck felt much better. After subsequent visits my neck is much more flexible and I feel better overall. I had an appointment the first time but walked in the second time without any wait. I have since been to Zen Spa with or without reservations and continue to feel so much better thanks to the fine treatment I receive.

Thankfully I did, as a few were turned away. Massage table was comfortable and the massage was top notch. Extremely therapeutic and rejuvenating. I found Acupressure Therapy to be as professional and skilled as they are welcoming. She maintained the intensity for the full hour. I felt extremely relaxed, so much so that she had to help me sit up. After the massage and I was getting ready to leave, the other masseuse came in and introduced herself. I've always found that to a nice touch. My masseuse was a little taller than most so she was able to to lean into and leverage her strength for some deep pressure.
