She also asked why I didn't go back and see the previous masseuse. I guess she wanted to know what she needed to do to get me to come back and see her and not go elsewhere. We had a nice little chat and then she began. Carefully gauging how she was doing by my reaction. All went well, much better than expected and Tiffany gets 5 stars. I have already returned 3X since my first visit - all to see Tiffany.

She is located on the upper floor of a chiropractor office. The room is appropriately and calmly decorated to provide good energy. There is little to no sound from the outside and others in the building. She talked to me before the massage to review the information I had provided on the intake form, asked me specifically about my needs, and talked about some of her techniques. During a massage she asked about pressure and my level of comfort with the temperature of the warmed bed. I walked out a new and better person. Her various techniques, ability to read energy and know my needs and focus on problem areas transformed me back to my aligned, energized self. I have gotten massages at five star resorts in Arizona and the Caribbean, at local places here in the South Jersey area, and this is by far one of the best. She wrote down tips and information for products without trying to sell me anything like other spas do. I'll defintely be a regular and I highly recommend.

I found Acupressure Therapy to be as professional and skilled as they are welcoming. She maintained the intensity for the full hour. I felt extremely relaxed, so much so that she had to help me sit up. After the massage and I was getting ready to leave, the other masseuse came in and introduced herself. I've always found that to a nice touch. My masseuse was a little taller than most so she was able to to lean into and leverage her strength for some deep pressure.

I told them I had not slept in four days and I had a migraine, and my massage artist decided to tell me in graphic detail about how her dog killed her kitten for 50 minutes straight. It was the most unsettling backwards massage I have ever gotten in my life. I asked for it medium to hard and I barely got soft and I think I cried for about two days after thinking about her gruesome story. she also talked about how she had kids and couldn't afford food, which made me feel like she was looking for a big tip, which was very awkward. I tip people based on the work They do not off of sob stories and desperation... i'm very displeased to say I still have a credit at this establishment and I am horrified to ever go back and use it. I left a complaint at the front desk and no one ever called me back. Please save your money and go to a wonderful Korean or Vietnamese place that values your money, your time and your suggestion. they also tried to up charge you on every single service when normally other places it's automatically included. I am so disgusted with this establishment. I really hope I can get my money back from my remaining credit.

I had my hair colored by Rose, and she completely missed the mark--it looked nothing like what I…read moreasked for. I spent over eight hours in the salon for foil highlights and a cut, a service that should have taken around three hours. It got so bad that the owner had to step in to take Rose's other clients that day. Later, I received a call from Alicia apologizing for both the poor results and the horrible experience. She admitted it should never have taken that long and offered a redo of whatever I wanted to make up for it. Fast forward to when I called to schedule the redo--I was told the earliest appointment was three months out. Then, despite being promised that the next service would be fully covered, I was informed that I had to pay for the cut because my complaint was only about the dye. Even though my experience was awful and I was treated poorly by Rose, I agreed to pay for the cut because I needed it before getting my color fixed. A week before my appointment, they called to tell me that the stylist for my cut was out, but they could still do the color. However, if I wanted my original stylist to do the cut, I'd have to wait another two months. When I expressed frustration, I was rudely told that they are a "pre-booking salon"--as if I hadn't already waited three months. They expected me to get my color done first and then wait two more months for the cut, which isn't how balayage works. I asked if someone else could cut my hair before the color appointment and was told no one was available on that day. Eventually, they squeezed me in a week earlier, and I paid $80 for the cut. On top of that, I was upsold an oil and deep conditioner for $125 because they claimed my hair was dry and coarse. Finally, when I came in for my "on them" redo of the dye, I was charged $30 just to have my hair blow-dried, so I wouldn't leave looking like a wet dog. I thought this was supposed to be a complimentary service! And to make matters worse, the junior stylist who did the blow-dry didn't even do a good job. On top of everything, the redo dye was a balayage, and when the stylist started, she told me that achieving the look I wanted would take multiple appointments costing nearly $300 each time, plus an additional $60 if I wanted it blown out before leaving. She was able to do some balayage but said she mostly just needed to fix the terrible lines and blend my hair before she could actually create the look I asked for. Like an idiot, I booked another appointment because I'm getting married and wanted my hair to look good. But two weeks before my next appointment, I found out through a Facebook post (not from the salon) that the stylist no longer works there. Was the salon even planning to tell me? Were they going to wait until the last minute--or not tell me at all? The whole process was supposed to involve two appointments spaced six weeks apart to achieve the balayage look. Now, thanks to their lack of communication, I'm left scrambling to figure out what to do before my wedding. This entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. Their attempt to keep my business was a complete joke, and I will never be returning.

We go to spas often when we have fun days together and often do spas all over Pa and NJ, but this was the very best. All in all it was a fantastic experience and a great day.
