Their staff is highly efficient and friendly. They take care of collecting, cleaning, pricing, staging, selling, and final clear out. Call them at least a month before you are ready for the sale. The only glitch experienced was that my final proceeds check was lost/misdirected by the USPS. Steve remedied that by issuing a new check and personally delivering it to my new residence.

I paid them $270 supposedly the time included not only pick up up Caring Transitions taking items to their warehouse. That seems like an exhoberent amount to charge for 50 minutes of free items. My husband and I are eighty years old with my husband having Parkinsons, being the reason we are moving and down sizing. I cannot in good conscious reccommend this company. They seemed more interested in their pocket book than helping those in need.
