Had the best experience at a dentists office. Sounds crazy but it was! We moved here a few months…read moreago and was nervous about finding a good dentist. Had a back upper tooth that was in bad shape causing pain and ear aches. The staff was top notch and friendly. Dr Laura Bachara was very informative, friendly, and professional. She explained everything, didn't try to "sell" me other procedures. Dr. Bachara showed confidence in what she was doing and made me feel relaxed. Her assistant Susanne was great. A very important aspect of the visit was the Covid19 protocol. It was very good and I had no doubt at all they were serious about protecting me and themselves. The price was reasonable. She also called me at home later that evening to see how I was doing. I'm sure not many dentists would do that. I hope to never need a dentist again, but when I do it will be with Dr. Bachara.

The…read morereason for the 2 star review is that I have been dealing with a severe toothache for approximately one week. I called last Friday to tell them that the character of the pain had changed from pain with biting to a chronic toothache. I was told to take the painkiller tramadol. I called the office today at about 8:43 AM to inform them that my appointment with the Wilmington endodontist had been changed from Thursday to Friday. The staff told me that the appointment was for evaluation only, and not for treatment. The staff at this office told me that the referral was for treatment as well. I was told that the dentist would call me back today to ascertain where the treatment was to be given. If treatment was not at the endodontist, then I wanted an appointment for next week for treatment at this office. I did not want the toothache to continue any longer. I was not given an appointment, and the dentist never called me back. There was no concern for my level of pain, nor a response as to which office was to provide treatment. The referring dentist should have contacted the endodontist to work out where treatment was to take place and when.
