I filled out their new client form on the website. Within a day, Viri texted me. She asked me what my hair goals were, and after some texting back n forth, we set up a consult. During the consult, Viri listened and understood my hair concerns. She gave solutions and recommended products. She was upfront about the price for everything. Which was great. I have been to many salons, and they do not tell you the price unless you ask. I have seen Viri twice since the consult, once for hair color & cut and once for blow dry & style. She did a great job both the times. She and Carolyn suggested some great products for my hair type and gave samples to try. It may seem that the prices are high, but any good private salon will have higher prices. It's a cute little salon with good customer service, upfront about prices and never try to oversell the products. Definitely going back again.

I couldn't believe that they allowed me to even leave the salon like this. I was so upset, the next day I went back and asked for a partial refund NOT EVEN A FULL ONE. (Which they should have happily given me considering that they destroyed my hair. I had the respect to ask for a partial and told them they can keep the money for the haircut and blow dry. They refused to give a refund and instead offered to fix it.
