We have a wonderful young lady helping us, but she had to quit to take care of some family issues. So we found another agent, who did assist us in getting our home in Rohnert Park, but we did not like him at all. When we started to look to move out of RP 10 years later, we found a very nice young lady who was very helpful in our initial home search in Windsor, but when we found Ken to sell our RP home, we liked him so much, we wanted him to help us find our new home, too. He really helped us sell our home, and sell it fast. He had plenty of helpful advice to get it sold, and he put up with a lot of our delays on cleaning/packing/moving, etc. He was very knowledgeable about homes in the area, and would point things out along the lines of, "Where would you put the TV?", "I don't know if this roof can handle the weight of those solar panels," "This is a unique home, but that could make it hard to sell in the future," "Very close to railroad tracks, and the train will be coming through here soon" - Not exact quotes, but you get the idea. He would point out things that are easy to overlook when you are distracted by a big fancy kitchen or lovely backyard. If we ever decide to move again, we would not hesitate to hire Ken to sell our home in Windsor, and we'd love to have him help us find a new home, unless we were moving out of the area. He also took some great photos of our RP home, which I'm sure helped to find buyers.
