This plan included scheduling an initial visit to her office, for $30. Side bar: the $30 is donated to a local business. I just had my initial visit today and it went really well. The staff greeted me upon arrival (by name). The check in process was quick and efficient. The office sent new patient forms ahead of the visit which meant I only had to verify that the information was correct upon arrival.
