I could barely walk and it was excruciating. I called Dr Reasor and got an appointment that day. After talking to Dr Reasor and deciding on a course of treatment we started my plan of care. Within a week I was feeling better and now I am feeling great. Dr Reasor and his team care about you more than at a treatment level and often ask how things are going outside of that. They are friendly and all do their jobs professionally. I am impressed with them all and my only regret is that I had not known about all of the benefits of chiropractic care years ago and I may have stopped my injury before it happened. I plan on continuing treatment here to prevent future injuries and highly recommend this office.

I told him the medicine that does not help and I was given a similar medicine and not the one that was more affective. It took me longer to get over my illness and caused me to be off work longer than necessary. Fast forward to this week and my Mom had an appointment, which she was a half hour early to, only to wait at least an hour after her appointment time to see the Dr. Then they were supposed to send in a prescription and never did. Mom waited in town for 6 hours waiting for it and it never was sent to the pharmacy. She did call them at least 2 times to ask if they had sent it and was told they would tell the Dr. right then, and it never happened. She suffered through the night and went somewhere else the next morning. It's hit or miss with this place at best. I've had good experiences here as well but when you feel bad you need a more reliable assurance that you will be helped quickly, in my opinion. I believe it depends on who you see here, not all the personnel leave you hanging.

I explained to him I just don't like my mouth touched that it was nothing against him. He proceeded to ask me if I just want to reschedule. I told him no, that I was already here that I just wanted to get it over with. As he put the shots in my mouth I barely whinced, he proceeded to tell me that if I was going to do that I could leave that he has other patients in there and they need to be taken care of. I was flabbergasted, how rude and what poor bedside manners. This isn't how you treat a new patient or anyone. When he got done with the second set of shots I could not open my jaw, I told his assistant that my jaw was locked and I was having a hard time opening my mouth, she went and told the Dr. He said that was normal and he wasn't going to proceeded to work on my teeth since I was having a hard time. Or I should say he had his assistant tell me. He didn't even come up to me and talk with me. Wow, who seriously does that. I left and will never be back and I suggest not to go there.
