Huge beauty supply with a large selection. Nonetheless, they have the worst packaging of any beauty supply or business I've ever come across. They awkwardly duct tape shut their products to where they are impossible to get open. These kind of anti theft measures actually deter customers. Unfortunately this is a business you hate to spend your money at, but they have everything you could possibly need. I often come here because of the variety of hair care products offered than a typical beauty supply store. The service here though is absolutely non-existent. You will be stared at as soon as you go through the doors, followed around closely in the store and ignored when you find a worker to ask where something may be or if they have it. On 12/8 I walked up to a lady and man that appeared to work for Jenny's and I inquired about a product. Immediately the lady turned her head, rolled her eyes and proceeded to simply say "16". When I questioned her she said "16" again in a nasty tone until I realized she might be referring to the aisle number which is not that noticeable when you're in this massive warehouse of a store. At the cashier, the workers are incredibly rude. They don't say even say hi, giggle with their friends and just pass you your bag(s) after payment. read more

Good....Great Wig Deals, for some reason the back staff explained a sale to me, that when I got to the front to check out, the almost didn't give me the sale price, I had to challenge it. I drove over an hour to see what their inventory was like. I work for the Law, I believe in being fair and true, especially in business. Will I go back? Maybe! I wasn't impressed at all with the staff. One dept a young man told me twice, this is not my section so he couldn't help me, stood there and just did nothing, I had to look for someone just for a question. Very very poor staff, except for one Spanish young lady, who explained prices and came to the front to confirm what the prices were. Jenny Beauty Supply- Carrollton (formerly Sassy Beauty) has a great variety of beauty products. Though not as large as the megastore Jenny beauty supply in Dallas off Gannon, the location in Carrollton still offers many beauty options. The customer service is great,the store is clean, & the prices of the products are reasonable. The new location is in nice area with sufficient parking. Since I live closer to the new location, I'm glad that the new supply store is open for a more convenient option. read more

Owner was extremely rude and belligerent to my 5 year old son, after he accidentally knocked an item off of the shelf. The item was not ruined or damaged in any way, it literally just fell off of the shelf. I asked him to stop yelling at my son and he continued. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! The things here are of poor quality, and they won't let you return anything even if you open the box to see the product. They know they have poor quality things and that's why they won't let you return them even if you never use them. Worst service in the area. I went here because I like the other stores in the shopping center. I needed a few hair care items. I could not find what I was looking for so I asked for assistance from the man and woman at the front counter. They told me to ask one of the employees for assistance. It was very difficult for me to determine employees from customers. When I finally found an employee she acted as though she did not want to be there, and she especially did not want to help me. I asked if she would help find a wig like the one on display. She said they didn't have any in stock. She did not offer to check for one in the stock room. The place is much too large for me to have to walk those aisles looking for merchandise. I will continue to order from Amazon and have the merchandise delivered to me. read more

They have a fair variety of items, however, they seal everything up with stickers and tape that makes it hard for you to get off when you get home to use it. It makes you just want to go elsewhere and pay more if that's the case. Also while you're shopping, their employees follow you up and down each isle "discreetly." I went to Jenny's searching for a product. I tried to ask an employee who I later found out was named Tony to assist me. He look at me, then turned and walked away. I caught up with him and asked why he walked away when I needed help, Tony still was not helpful. Another customer who heard me talking to Tony said she would help me. She said she frequents Jenny's often and Tony is always disrespectful. I asked to speak to the manager. While I was talking to her, customers and employees heard me and said Tony is always disrespectful. Tony continues to work at this establishment with owners/upper management's full knowledge Tony has many complaints about how awful he treats others. I wonder if Tony is related the owners/upper management. Because of this relationship, he gets away with his negative attitude. I wonder if this beauty supply was located in another part of Dallas, other than a majority Black area, would Tony still treat others as he is treating me and others now or if he would still have a job.
